| The beginning teachers of primary schools are the new members of the teachers group.They have more or less positive expectations for the profession of teachers before they start teaching.However,in the real educational environment,it is difficult for them to maintain a positive teaching experience.The impact of reality affects the educational feelings of the beginning teachers in primary schools.Educational feelings are the spiritual motivation for teachers to invest in education and the spiritual support for teachers to stick to their profession.Therefore,this study will focus on the change process of primary school beginning teachers’ educational feelings,and then explore the deep reasons for the change of teacher education feelings.To this end,this study collects the educational life stories of beginning teachers in primary schools based on in-depth interviews,and investigates the educational life history of beginning teachers in primary schools to understand the changes of their educational feelings.On this basis,the researcher use the relevant theories of emotional sociology to analyze the reasons for the changes in the educational feelings of primary school beginning teachers,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the adherence to the educational feelings of primary school beginning teachers.The study shows that the educational feelings of beginning teachers in primary schools have obviously turned.Specifically speaking,there are two kinds of changes in the educational feelings of primary school beginning teachers: one is that the educational feelings turn negative,the other is that the educational feelings turn positive.The teachers whose educational feelings turn to the negative type experience four processes:deep hope and confidence;Sharp frustration,heart haggard;Anger and grievance,change "knowledge" and "belief";Love light,duty heavy.The teachers who change their educational feelings to positive ones also experience four stages: rational choice,anxious expectation;Confused collapse,at a loss;Handy,happy;Enjoy it.In addition,through the emotional sociological analysis of the changes in the educational feelings of primary school beginning teachers,the researcher ascribe the reasons for the changes to four aspects: labor remuneration and expectation,status and power in the school,conflict under the interaction ceremony,and the degree of self-identification.To be specific,the satisfaction of expected remuneration will enhance the professional motivation of teachers and stimulate their enthusiasm for education,which will affect the educational feelings of teachers.The pressure and challenge of power and status in school will affect teachers’ educational feelings.The pressure and challenge of power will easily lead to teachers’ educational feelings turning negative.In the interaction,teachers are confronted with conflicts with students,teachers and school leaders,which are mainly manifested as the subjective desire to control others,unequal possession of resources and the threat of coercive power.If the conflict in interaction is not properly solved,it is easy to make teachers’ educational feelings turn negative.On the contrary,it is easy to adhere to the educational feelings;The degree of self-identity confirmation from daily educational activities will affect teachers’ educational feelings.When the self-identity and concept of teachers in the educational context are confirmed,they will get positive emotional experience,which is conducive to the change of educational feelings to positive;otherwise,it is easy to lead to the change of teachers’ educational feelings to negative.The separation of time and space in modern society makes primary school beginning teachers busy,and the detachment mechanism of modern society makes primary school beginning teachers lack of sense of security.The reflexivity of modernity also extends to self.Primary school beginning teachers are often in the dilemma of unity and fragmentation,powerlessness and acquisition,which is not good for teachers to stick to the feelings of education.Finally,from the school,outside the school and teachers themselves,the researcher put forward the support strategy of their educational feelings in primary school.The school should improve the supporting curriculum of beginning teachers and optimize the management strategy of beginning teachers;The state should appropriately raise the salary of beginning teachers and appropriately reduce the work burden of beginning teachers;Beginning teachers should strengthen their professional independent development and pay attention to daily emotional regulation. |
