| The children’s excellent football players are the future of our football development.The practice indicates that it is particularly important for the new training methods and means to apply to the training of children’s football players to further improve the skills and physical quality of excellent football players in our country and improve the competitiveness of Chinese football in the international arena.Low altitude training is proposed relative to high altitude training.In the early years,most scholars and front-line coaches only pay attention to altitude training.With the in-depth promotion of altitude training theory,low altitude training has also attracted the attention of some scholars in recent years.Therefore,it is of great value to introduce low altitude training into the training of children excellent football players.In this paper,literature,expert interview,experiment,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics were used to study 192 players aged9-12 who were selected from the top eight of the primary school men’s group in Inner Mongolia "President’s Cup" campus football League Level4 in 2019 and 2020.The subjects were divided into low altitude training group and high altitude training group.96 subjects in the low altitude training group were trained at low altitude.The high altitude training group consisted of 96 participants.The main research results are as follows:1.The one-month low altitude training and high altitude training can effectively improve the physical strength and football skill level of children excellent football players who live in high altitude areas for a long time;Compared with high altitude training,low altitude training has better effects on physical fitness and football skill level,and has significant differences in some indicators.2.After a month of low-altitude training,the performance of vital capacity,50 m,standing long jump and 1000 m of excellent children football players living in high-altitude areas for a long time has been significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the performance of sitting forward bend has been improved,but there is no statistical difference(P > 0.05).After a month of high-altitude training,the lung capacity and 50 m performance of excellent children football players living in high-altitude areas for a long time have been significantly improved(P < 0.05),but the performance of standing long jump,sitting forward bend and 1000 m performance have not been significantly improved(P > 0.05).In general,both low-altitude training and high-altitude training can improve the physical fitness of excellent young football players who live in high-altitude areas for a long time.3.Excellent children football players who live in high altitude area for a long time,after a month of low altitude training,the performance of the front side of the instep ball,the back dribble and the line running has been significantly improved(P < 0.01),but there is no significant difference in the performance of the kick accuracy(P > 0.05).After a month of high-altitude training,the outstanding children football players living in high-altitude areas for a long time had significant and significant improvement in the performance of the front side of the instep ball,the round-trip dribble and the line running(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the performance of the kick accuracy(P >0.05).In general,low altitude training and high altitude training can improve the football skills of excellent children football players who live in high altitude areas for a long time.4.After the experiment,the physical ability and technical level of excellent children football players in the low altitude training group and the high altitude training group were statistically different in the aspects of sitting forward bend,round-trip dribbling and line running(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);The low altitude training group had better performance in vital capacity,50 m,standing long jump,1000 m,instep front bounce and kick accuracy,but there was no statistical difference between the low altitude training group and the high altitude training group(P > 0.05).It shows that short-term low altitude training is better than high altitude training for the improvement of physical fitness and football skill level of excellent children football players who live in high altitude area for a long time. |
