Football is one of the most popular sports programs that people love today.It is the sport of the same game against the collective movement,and the goal is the ultimate goal of all offensive tactics,and the only way to score the goal is to score the goal.All the techniques and tactics in the football game are generated and changed around the goal,shot the use of technical indicators and the changes in a certain extent affect the outcome of game.Therefore,how to improve football players shoot better technology,how to scored more goals in a competitive match,become the coaches and athletes are facing an important problem.Development trend and characteristics of football project determines the importance of power quality for a football player,the football players from all countries are very concerned about power quality training,relevant experts and scholars have also given the prominent power for its research.Functional strength refers to a force that emphasizes the stability of the body part and the small muscle groups around the joints in order to improve the overall strength and efficiency of the whole body.This study chose the functional strength training used in football technique teaching,the experiment selected Texas vocational and technical college men's soccer team(16 and 22)22 as the research object,is divided into two groups at random.Eleven of them were subjects of two stages of functional strength training,and 11 were called control groups for two stages of conventional strength training.The effect of two kinds of training on goal technique of football was studied.Results:(1)The experimental group was trained by two stages of functional strength,and 20 m point shots were significantly improved.The control group was trained by the traditional strength of two stages,and the 20 m shot was significantly improved.There was a significant difference between the two groups after the experiment.(2)After two stages of functional strength training,the experimental group had a significant increase in the dorsal " Scratchable latex",with a significant increase in the inner dorsal " Scratchable latex ".However,after two stages of traditional strengthtraining in the control group,there was no change in the dorsal " Scratchable latex" and the experiment before the experiment,and the " Scratchable latex" on the inside of the instep was significantly increased;There were significant differences in the lateral comparison between the two groups after the experiment.(3)Function of the experimental group after two stages of strength training,dribbling round rod shooting was very significant to reduce test time,improvement,and the control group in the two stages of traditional strength training,dribbling round rod shooting testing time is reduced,but no difference changes,transverse compare the two groups after the experiment have significant difference.(4)The control group was trained in two stages of traditional strength,and you can see that there was a remarkable increase in the maximum strength of the experiment after the experiment;The experimental group was trained by two stages of functional strength,and the maximum strength of the half squatting after the experiment was improved to a certain extent,but there was no difference.For the horizontal comparison between the two groups,the maximum strength of hemisquatting was significantly different.Conclusions:(1)After the intervention in two stages of training,the experimental group and control group athletes shot speed has improved,but his shot speed improved better than the control group,experimental group show functional strength training can improve overall work ability and efficiency of the whole body muscle more effective than traditional strength training,improve the athlete shot speed.(2)Through two stages of functional strength training,the experimental group has a better goal percentage than the control group,which indicates that functional strength training can enhance the muscle control ability of the athletes' motor nerves,improve the coordination and cooperation between multiple muscles,and improve the control ability of muscle movement,which can effectively improve the field goal percentage of soccer players more than traditional strength training.(3)After two stages of functional strength training,the experimental group performedbetter than the control group in the test results of the ball around the bar,indicating that the coordination of multiple muscles in the training of functional strength and the overall role of the team emphasized the stability,stability and instability of multiple joints,which could effectively improve the stability of the athletes' shots,thus improving the ability of the athletes to complete the technical movements correctly in the movement.(4)After two stages of intervention training,the influence of traditional strength training on the physical strength of soccer players is higher than that of functional strength training,and the influence of physical strength is different,while functional strength training has no difference in the influence of physical strength.
