In recent years, the state has attached great importance to the protection of minors, which has stimulated local exploration of the practice of helping and educating minors involved in crimes. The focus of academic attention lies in the discussion of the causes of juvenile delinquency and the intervention in the help and education of juveniles involved in crime.Under the guidance of social support theory, this study takes juvenile Y involved in crime as the research object, takes the case management model as the practical framework, carries out social investigation through participatory observation and action research, analyzes the complex causes and diversified needs of service targets involved in crime from the four levels of individual, family, peer and society, and formulates a "wrapped" help and education program covering four aspects: self, family, peers and society.During the intervention process, the case management team transmitted the required resources and services to the service object, and carried out psychological counseling, cognitive correction, and law popularization education at the individual level;Parental education and parent-child education at the family level;Peer level interpersonal guidance and guidance services;Campus legal education, social volunteer services, and employment guidance services at the social level. Finally,we will help our clients build four social support networks: "good self support","harmonious family atmosphere","healthy peer relationships",and "smooth social integration".The study found that a case management team with "prosecutors social workers" as the core, and psychological counselors, case parties, family guardians, guide service volunteers, etc.as the main body, interacts and cooperates in the process of involving juvenile assistance and education, giving full play to their respective advantages, providing "symptomatic correction" to the problems encountered by service objects, and providing "packaged" assistance and education services to meet their diverse needs,Promote the service object to smoothly pass the period of investigation, help and education, and return to society. It is worth rethinking that the process of helping and educating multiple subjects is bound to increase ethical risks such as disclosure, which requires the case management team to attach great importance to the risk of disclosure since its establishment, sign confidentiality agreements, and maintain ethical awareness at all times during the intervention process to avoid the occurrence of disclosure incidents.Secondly, using a single case to demonstrate the role of case management in the process of helping and educating delinquent minors may have insufficient evidence,so more practice and cases are needed to test the conclusions. |
