In 2015,Beijing successfully obtained the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympics,which not only took China a big step towards becoming a sports powerhouse,but also gave greater impetus to the vigorous development of skiing in China.Beijing has become the host city of the Winter Olympics,deeply embellished by the skiing atmosphere,and many people in different regions have already participated in skiing.At present,the development of youth ice and snow themed primary school skiing in China is not widespread,but since obtaining the right to host the Winter Olympics,many regulations have also been issued one after another.Therefore,with the rapid development of skiing in China and the deepening of teaching reform,the Ministry of Education has clearly made skiing course education the main teaching content of primary school physical education courses.How to arrange skiing course education reasonably to ensure the smooth and effective development of skiing course education is a major issue that needs to be solved in the new era.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design and application of the alpine skiing course project for the ice and snow characteristic primary school in Panshi City.Based on the collection,review,and comprehensive organization of skiing sports materials,educational journal materials,policy literature,and relevant literature materials,and relying on the background of the above materials,through questionnaire surveys and interview surveys,the teaching situation,current situation,and existing problems of the skiing course in the ice and snow characteristic primary school in Panshi City are investigated Systematically elaborate on the skiing teaching plan,skiing teaching setup and implementation process,and effective implementation methods for skiing teaching setup and application.Conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research on the teaching design and practical development of skiing courses in the ice and snow characteristic primary school in Panshi City,and analyze and summarize the difficulties faced in teaching implementation and implementation.In response to the practical requirements and development needs of the skiing curriculum for the ice and snow characteristic primary school in Panshi City,combined with the problems existing in traditional teaching models,measures and opinions that can promote the development of skiing sports curriculum education are provided,providing more scientific and comprehensive theoretical reference and literature research value for skiing sports to enter primary school classrooms.The study believes that:(1)The design and application of skiing courses for ice and snow characteristic primary schools in Panshi City is necessary,urgent,and contemporary,which helps to comprehensively deepen the reform of school ice and snow courses,further promote the construction of "ice and snow sports on campus" and skiing reserve talent echelons,and support the beautiful vision of "300 million people going to ice and snow".(2)To build a teaching system for skiing courses in youth schools,the focus should be on designing a framework around course concepts,objectives,structure,functions,content,teaching modes,teaching plans,etc.,systematically integrating and optimizing various skiing teaching resources,forming a teaching mode that combines land and snow,and promoting the popularization and development of skiing projects on campus.(3)The design and application of skiing courses for ice and snow characteristic primary schools in Panshi City should follow the physical and mental characteristics and development laws of students,improve course management institutions,establish a multi-party participation,linkage,and mutual assistance operating mechanism.Practice has proven that the design and application of skiing courses for ice and snow characteristic primary schools in Panshi City can help accelerate the transition period of skiing teaching in Panshi City,improve the safety of skiing teaching in the early stages,and cultivate reserve skiing competitive talents.Based on this,the author suggests that:(1)Skiing characteristic courses should establish a more complete and unified teaching content system.Panshi Ice and Snow Characteristic Primary School can regularly hold relevant activities to test the skiing level of primary school students,select outstanding and high-level primary school students to form a ski school garden team,carry out professional skiing training,improve technical level and team cooperation ability,and provide excellent talents for skiing nationwide.(2)Emphasize the orderliness of the classroom to improve classroom effectiveness,arrange corresponding skiing courses more reasonably,and build a more complete and unified teaching content system for primary school students.(3)Develop a thorough curriculum implementation plan,taking into account objectives,content,methods,evaluation,and other aspects.On the basis of the curriculum system,combined with various factors of the teacher,a teaching plan is formulated to ensure that the entire
