With the rapid development of "Internet + education",the education sector has set off an upsurge of reforming classroom teaching,and vocational colleges that cultivate compound talents have also begun to dig deep into the concept of "Internet+ Education" and are committed to the high-quality upgrading of classroom teaching.However,if secondary vocational colleges want to solve the problems that have been accumulated in traditional classrooms for a long time,they urgently need to rely on new teaching methods,use modern teaching methods,and explore teaching methods that can promote the development of students’ professional skills at a deeper level.Hybrid teaching supported by online technology fully integrates the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and new online teaching,which has a significant effect on improving students’ learning initiative,creativity and learning effect,and has become a widely advocated education method in China’s education circles,therefore,hybrid teaching provides a suitable choice for innovative teaching methods in secondary vocational colleges,so how to rely on hybrid teaching to change the problem of traditional secondary vocational classrooms,and add innovative vitality to traditional classrooms has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of the new trend of secondary vocational education development in the new era,this study aims to integrate the digital teaching platform into the classroom teaching of secondary vocational colleges,so that the blended teaching method can play the most efficient teaching role,the paper first clarifies the design ideas of the hybrid teaching method under the support of the information environment,and uses this idea as a guide to build an online and offline hybrid teaching process,through the three links of before,during and after class to carry out teaching,and summarize the "three rings and eight steps" teaching system.Then innovatively apply the "three rings and eight steps" teaching scheme to the teaching practice of the " Personal Investment and Financing " course of secondary vocational colleges,and finally through the test of practical effects,it is concluded that the implementation of blended teaching has the most powerful effect on improving learning effects.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and innovations,and sorts out the research reviews at home and abroad.The second part discusses the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the article,providing a solid theoretical basis for this article.The third part investigates the target universities in the form of questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the feasibility of blended teaching in the construction of "Personal Investment and Financing" courses in secondary vocational colleges based on the survey results.The fourth part mainly summarizes the teaching design elements such as teaching philosophy,teaching activities,and teaching evaluation,and innovatively summarizes the "three rings and eight steps" teaching framework.The fifth part truly applies the blended teaching to the course of "Personal Investment and Financing",and then evaluates the teaching results and analyzes the teaching effect.The sixth part summarizes this article,draws out the shortcomings of this research and looks forward to future research.
