In the context of the new curriculum reform,the cultivation of core literacy is very important and an indispensable part.The development of school-based curriculum is of great significance for improving students’ innovative ability and cultivating comprehensive ability.Chemistry is a subject based on experiments.Through investigation and research,it is found that with the continuous reform of the college entrance examination,the proportion of experimental questions in the test papers is becoming larger and larger,but the class hours of school experimental courses have not increased.Experimental teaching is mostly based on demonstration experiments.Therefore,the development of school-based courses for chemical experiments can not only better integrate the core qualities of chemistry into chemical teaching,It can also cultivate students’ practical ability and exploration awareness,thereby improving their chemical performance.A large number of relevant literature on core literacy and school-based courses have been read,and under the guidance of Taylor’s curriculum development theory,constructivism curriculum theory,and multiple intelligence curriculum theory,the development process of school-based curriculum for chemical experiments has been determined.Then,the author inspected the actual situation of chemical experimental teaching in Changchun No.1 Middle School,and conducted interviews with frontline chemistry teachers in the school,Based on interviews,a teacher questionnaire and a student questionnaire were developed,and the survey results clarified the attitudes and related needs of teachers and students towards the development of school-based chemical experiment courses.Subsequently,the topic content of the chemistry experiment school-based curriculum was developed,and the implementation and evaluation methods of the curriculum were determined.The developed chemistry experiment school-based curriculum integrates the core competencies of the chemistry discipline,which is practical for students and meets the curriculum requirements.The development of school-based courses for chemical experiments can adapt to the development of the times,combine core literacy with teaching content,strengthen students’ understanding of knowledge and skills in classroom learning,and apply the learned knowledge to real life,train students’ ability to continuously discover and solve problems during experimental operations,so as to improve their exploration and innovation spirit,It has reference significance for the development of other school-based courses. |
