Learning interest in physics has always been an important topic in academic circles.Learning interest in physics is not only an important goal of the new curriculum reform,but also an important factor affecting students’ learning of physics.With the development of The Times and the progress of society,new changes have taken place in the learning situation and teaching situation we face,and students’ interest in learning physics has also changed.This research focuses on the theoretical and practical research of students’ learning interest in physics in the new era.In this study,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods are used to design and study the factors that affect students’ interest in physics learning in the new era.Firstly,the theoretical basis of junior high school students’ learning interest in physics is preliminarily constructed by literature method.Then,a physics interest assessment tool is developed for junior high school students.Questionnaire survey and interview are used to investigate the status quo of junior high school students’ physics interest in Dehui area.Through the investigation,it is found that: first,junior high school students in Dehui City have low interest level in physics learning;Second,junior high school students’ learning interest level is different in all dimensions;Third,different schools,grades,gender are the main factors that affect students’ interest in physics learning.Based on the above research,this study further puts forward feasible countermeasures to enhance students’ interest in physics learning,including: the creation of physics scenes,inspire students to think actively,highlight the "problem teaching",pay attention to "learning by doing" and "learning by using",rational use of information technology,attach importance to the function of experimental education,standardize physics experiment teaching,and carry out extracurricular activities.
