| With the continuous improvement of the urbanization level, the proportion of the rural population in the urban permanent population has expanded, which is quite a part of the migrant workers working outside the city. This large group is an important force to promote the rapid development of Chinese cities.Every move will affect the social development,so it is also the focus of attention of all sectors of society.Compared with the older generation of migrant workers, most of the new generation of migrant workers are no longer simply pursuing the improvement of living standards, but more eager to integrate into urban life, become real city citizens, and meet their own needs for spiritual and cultural life.In the process of integrating into urbanization, they tend to live in cities in the form of a complete family and bring up their children with them.Since they inevitably need to be embedded in the social life of the place where they live, they need to gradually build a family network of interpersonal relationships and better adapt to the development of urbanization by using the network. Therefore, whether they can build a good interpersonal network is the basis of whether they can have a happy and harmonious life.Based on the theory of social exclusion and social identity, this paper finds that the interpersonal network construction of migrant workers’ families is mainly based on kinship and geography, supplemented by business ties, new resident administrators, neighbors and social media. It also includes economic relations, political relations, legal relations and cultural relations. In the process of their integration into urbanization, kinship and geographical relations mainly play an obvious role in finding jobs and solving economic difficulties.Work relationships and social media played a significant role in emotional satisfaction outside of work. And the new resident manager and neighborhood relations play a significant role in the small things of daily life.In the process of constructing interpersonal relationship network, there will be age difference, gender difference and other phenomena. In addition, with the help of the theory of social exclusion and social identity, this paper also finds that as migrant workers’ families become more integrated into urbanization, they are more inclined to establish contact with local residents to help them better integrate into local life.Although the interpersonal network helps migrant workers’ families to integrate into urbanization, some of them still face problems such as school enrollment difficulties for their children, difficulty in buying a house, discrimination and so on.The existence of these problems will in turn affect the construction of migrant workers’ interpersonal network in urban areas. To solve this problem,it is necessary for multiple subjects to build a friendly interactive environment and pay attention to the accessibility and fairness of urban public services to migrant workers’ families. |
