Research On The Social Integration Of Migrant Workers' Children

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With the further acceleration of the construction of new urbanization,a large number of rural laborers and his family have poured into cities.The children of migrant workers are at an immature stage,after entering the city to study and live for a short period of freshness,they are faced with the obvious differences in education,economy,culture,etc.between the city and the countryside.How to successfully integrate into the city Society also will be a huge problem.Therefore,how to accept and tolerate children who move with the urban society,so as to ensure the rapid development of the urban economy and the good operation of the urban society have also become problems.Because of this,it is particularly important to study well and solve the social integration of children who move with them.This article takes the children of migrant workers in Huaxi District as the object of investigation,cuts in from the perspective of "socialization","social exclusion" and "identity",and uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis research methods to integrate from psychological integration and social interaction,Education integration and other contents,through field investigation,objectively,systematically and comprehensively understand the actual situation of the migrant children of Huaxi District migrant workers,and have an in-depth understanding of the practical difficulties faced by them and the constraints imposed by them,so as to explore feasible solutions path.This article starts with the status quo of migrant children's accompanying children,and further discusses the social integration status of migrant children's accompanying children and the main factors affecting their social integration.The research shows that the social integration of migrant children's children with migration is not ideal.From the perspective of social integrati on,the children of migrant workers face difficulties in three levels: psycholog ical integration barriers,poor social interaction integration,and educational integration gaps.From the level of psychological integration,identity recognition is not clear enough,local discrimination still exists,and the strangeness of the city is still obvious;from the aspect of social interaction integration,dialect communication is poor,and the degree of interaction with local people is low;from the aspect of educational integration In other words,there are still imbalances in school education due to the existence of barriers to entry,less teacher-student interaction,and alienation of classmates.There are also inadequate family education due to insufficient investment in education,low education expectations,and difficulty in ensuring the learning environment.In general,the unsatisfactory social integration of the children who migrated is due to the interaction of individuals,families,schools,and society.For this reason,this article proposes that in the cultivation of personal qualities,the self-confidence of accompanying children should be enhanced,the communication efficiency should be improved,the bad learning habits should be corrected,and the urban cultural identity should be strengthened.The family education environment should be improved by reducing the frequency of family mobility,improving the economic situation,improving educational concepts,and conducting education and training.Improve the construction of education guarantee mechanism by promoting the construction of education equity mechanism,optimizing the allocation of education resources.Promote the construction of social services by expanding the interpretation of social policies,removing the restrictions of the household registration system,and meeting housing needs,etc.hoped that can provide useful help for improving the social integration of migrant children.
