The Status Evaluation Of Urban-rural Integration From The Perspective Of Population Flow

With the acceleration of the construction of new urbanization in China,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the integration of urban and rural areas has become an important path and inevitable trend to connect urban and rural development,which is the logical inevitable of the current comprehensive and high-quality social development.However,the obstacles to the integration of urban and rural development system and mechanism have not been completely eliminated.Population is the comprehensive carrier of factors,and the reciprocating flow of population between urban and rural areas is a common phenomenon.For pastoral areas,there are heterogeneous characteristics of "pastoral urban residence,periodic reciprocation".Therefore,whether the reciprocating flow of the population carrying the carrier of comprehensive elements between urban and rural areas can promote the development of urban and rural integration,and how the integration effect and the formation mechanism have become an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,106 households of farmers and herdsmen were surveyed from the perspective of population flow by selecting Jiagalsaihan Town in the agricultural and animal husbandry interlocking region of Inner Mongolia as the research object.Starting from the connotation of urban and rural integration,this thesis constructs evaluation indexes of the urban embedding level of floating population,the flow level of urban and rural elements and the recognition level of rural development,judges the effect of urban and rural integration,and uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the urban-rural integration level of Saihan town in Jialghal.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the integration index system of urban embedding level,urban and rural factor flow level and rural development recognition level is constructed,and the integration types of urban and rural integration are constructed.(2)the evaluation results showed that the urban and rural integration measurement results of gargalerichan town were 73.0853,which was one of two high and one low,and the level was at a better level.(3)analysis of influencing factors of urban and rural integration: the comprehensive score of urban embedding in the first level index was 78.1620,which was a good level,representing a good integration and satisfaction with the city.The comprehensive score of urban-rural factor flow level is 71.9892,which is a good level and represents a good convenient level for factor flow between urban and rural areas.The comprehensive score of rural development recognition level was 45.50,which belongs to the general level,which represents the poor view of rural status and future development.Based on this,the problems existing in the integration and development of urban and rural town of gargherselhan are faced with a series of problems and contradictions such as insufficient rural public resources and infrastructure construction,single rural industrial structure,weak development foundation,serious rural talent drain and low overall quality.(4)Suggestions on promoting the integration of urban and rural development of gargalerichan town: solve the institutional problems and promote the integration of floating population cities;To integrate resources and promote the flow of urban and rural factors;We will revitalize rural development and improve rural recognition.The aim is to give full play to the positive impact of population and urban-rural flow on the urban-rural integration development,improve the quality of urban-rural integration in gargarersehan town,and promote the narrowing of the urban-rural economic gap in gargarersehan town and achieve all-round development.
