| In 2015,the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport of China formulated the“ Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football ” and pointed out that we should cultivate and train teachers in many ways,and formulated a training plan for campus football teachers.The purpose is to improve the teaching practice ability and comprehensive professional quality of campus football teachers in China,and clearly put forward that we should fill the gap of campus football teachers in various channels and ways,and encourage and encourage students to choose football-related majors at the same time of widely opening football majors in colleges and universities.In the short term,the problem of the lack of teachers for campus football has been solved to a great extent.However,at the same time,the effectiveness of campus football teacher training is uncertain,and a relatively perfect evaluation index system for the effectiveness of campus football teacher training has not yet been formed.Therefore,there is no specific data and standards for a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of campus football teacher training.This study takes the evaluation of the effectiveness of campus football teacher training in Yantai as the goal,and uses the methods of literature review,analytic hierarchy process,.According to the evaluation index system,the empirical analysis of the effectiveness of campus football teacher training in Yantai is carried out.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)According to the basic steps of constructing the evaluation index system,the evaluation index system is constructed and the weight of each index is calculated.The constructed evaluation index system includes 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the training effect of campus football teachers in Yantai City is 0.74059436,which is in good grade.(2)Through exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire on the evaluation index of the effectiveness of campus football teacher training in Yantai City,the reasons that hinder the development of campus football teacher training in Yantai City at the present stage are explored,and four common factors are summarized as follows :1 training management factor,2 training content factor,3 training supervision factor,4training evaluation factor.(3)According to the summary of the four public factors in their respective categories and influence fields,it is found that there are four problems restricting the development of the campus football teacher training model in Yantai,namely: the training management system is not perfect,the training content is not hierarchical,the training supervision mechanism is not scientific,and the training evaluation system lacks basis.(4)In view of the existing problems of Yantai campus football teacher training mode at the present stage,put forward the future development direction of Yantai campus football teacher training : overall consideration,build systematic management system;supply and demand balance,design hierarchical training content system;the combination of management and examination,improve the supervision and management mechanism;improve the training evaluation system.Through the practice and development of management system,training content,supervision mechanism and evaluation system,the campus football teacher training in Yantai is improved. |
