The project of national school football teachers(coaches)studying abroad is an important strategy of the national talent power.The project of campus football teachers(coaches),as an important achievement of the senior cultural exchange mechanism conference between China and Britain and France,it has been implemented since 2015.Under the framework of the "Campus Football Teachers(coaches)to France",the Commission funded about 200 campus football teachers(coaches)to go to France every year as visiting scholars.About 20 people per class and classes are sent.The period of study and funding is 3 months.The project aims to select football teachers(coaches)to the UK and France to receive three months of training,learn foreign advanced football concepts,broaden their horizon,cultivate innovative thinking,and lay the foundation for the construction of a youth training system with Chinese characteristics,so as to comprehensively improve the level of campus football.In order to improve the construction of campus football teachers in Ningxia,Give better play to the role of Ningxia public school football returning teachers(coaches)in the development of football cause,Given the lack of the performance evaluation of public school football teachers(coaches),This study takes the performance of Ningxia teachers(coaches)in the actual campus football service as the research direction,Using literature,interview,questionnaire,Delphi,hierarchical analysis,and mathematical statistics,Evaluation and analyze the performance output of campus football teachers(coaches)in Ningxia,Establish a performance evaluation system.The establishment process is as follows:1.Through questionnaire survey method and interview method and relevant literature research,the performance evaluation index system of Ningxia public school football teachers(coaches)was tentatively constructed from four dimensions of teaching level,scientific research output,competition performance and social service.2.Using hierarchical analysis method to calculate the weight coefficient of each dimension factors,discuss with several experts on the evaluation index,build performance evaluation score rules,and according to the performance evaluation score rules to calculate the performance of ningxia campus football teachers(coaches)performance score,study abroad performance good,in what aspects need to strengthen,as the empirical research of the evaluation system.3.Analyze the subjective evaluation of Ningxia school football students on overseas study on the performance after returning,clearly understand the connection between overseas study and the performance after returning,and give corresponding improvement strategies from the teaching level,scientific research output level,competition performance level and social service level.The conclusion follows:1.The performance evaluation index system of Ningxia public school football teachers(coaches)constructed based on evaluation theory provides useful reference for teacher construction and evaluation management,which has certain theoretical and practical significance2.Understand the service status of overseas study teachers,explore how to maximize the special business learning results and social service value of teachers in Ningxia,and promote the healthy,orderly and efficient development of teachers to participate in the national campus football teachers’ overseas study project in Ningxia.
