| In 2014,the State Council issued Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption,which put forward a series of reform measures for the development of the sports industry and provided a lot of policy support for the development of the sports industry in China.The total scale of the sports industry has been expanding continuously.In all good policies of the state,under the lead of the sports industry development in our country has entered a new stage,the development of sports industry as the important material carrier of large sports venues,also must conform to The Times,people’s demands,to provide better public participation,sports consumption environment,and enhance venues service quality is the only way,to really improve the satisfaction of the public.However,in the development process of large stadiums in China,there are also some problems such as low utilization rate after the match,chaotic operation and management,low service quality,and weak professional service.Moreover,at present,there is no unified standard service quality evaluation system for large stadiums in China,and there is a lack of service quality measurement for large stadiums.Therefore,it is very important to construct a service quality evaluation index system for large stadiums in China.This paper aims to construct the service quality evaluation index system of large stadiums in China.After reading a large number of literature,summarizes our country large-scale sports venues service characteristics,and the stadium service quality is defined as: refers to the perceived from the consumer perspective,China’s large sports venues to meet consumer demand,to provide the process and results of the two aspects of the service in the gap between the perception and expectation,includes tangible services and also includes intangible service.On this basis,the service quality evaluation index system of large stadiums in China is constructed,and the indexes are determined by Delphi method,and the indexes are weighted by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the service quality evaluation index system of large stadiums in China is obtained.And according to the system combined with the current situation of the development of China’s large stadiums,to improve the quality of service of China’s large stadiums put forward suggestions: reasonable planning layout,complete hardware and software facilities;Clarify the main body of rights and responsibilities,enrich the content of activities;Pay attention to talent construction,improve the management system;Relying on local resources,build a characteristic brand. |
