Graduate students in colleges and universities have gradually become the effective force of scientific research in colleges and universities as well as the powerful reserve army for the development of national science and technology.At present,with the continuous expansion of graduate enrollment,the number of graduate students also rises,and the violation of academic ethics of graduate students also emerges in an endless stream.In order to effectively curb the relevant academic ethical problems,the country has introduced a series of policies and measures to make the situation have a certain improvement,but it has not completely solved the problem.Therefore,the academic circle has conducted a lot of research on the issues related to postgraduate academic ethics,but most of the research is aimed at "academic ethics",and the research on "academic ethics education" is relatively few.Under the background of the new era,some new changes have taken place in the academic moral education of graduate students.Most previous researches on "academic moral education" started from the aspects of the goal,principle and system of academic moral education,and combined with the new situation,it needs to be improved more in line with the current concept of graduate education.Modern governance theory is a good starting point.This thesis further promotes the development and implementation of the academic moral education of graduate students in universities by applying the pluralistic co-governance and cooperative mechanism of modern governance theory in conformity with the academic moral education of graduate students.The first chapter is the introduction.This thesis mainly expounds the background and significance of this research.This thesis combs the relevant researches at home and abroad from the research on the theory and connotation of postgraduate academic ethics,the research on the problems and causes of postgraduate academic ethics education,the research on the system,content and methods of academic ethics education,the research on the path of postgraduate academic ethics education in universities,the research on academic ethics,the research on academic ethics education and other aspects This thesis makes a brief comment on the current research status.On this basis,the research ideas,methods,key difficulties and innovation points of this research are clarified.The second chapter is an overview of the governance of academic moral education for graduate students.This chapter first makes clear the basic concepts of graduate academic moral education,governance,educational governance and graduate academic moral education governance,and points out the relevant theoretical basis of graduate academic moral education governance according to the discussion of related concepts.That is,the deepening reference of Marxist classic writers on Marx’s moral outlook,Marx’s scientific spirit and methodology,Marx and Engels’ national governance thought and other relevant theories,the continuous inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional governance wisdom,and the guidance of the Communist Party of China’s national governance experience and wisdom lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent elaboration.The third chapter is the core content of academic moral education governance for graduate students in universities.Based on the principle of subjectivity,the principle of collaboration and the principle of systematization of academic moral education governance for graduate students in colleges and universities,this thesis further clarifies the three value goals of cultivating academic moral education governance for graduate students in colleges and universities,improving their academic moral cultivation,effectively implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,and assisting the modernization construction of national governance system and governance capacity.Thus,it makes clear the key elements of the governance of academic moral education of graduate students in universities,such as the main body rights and responsibilities,content forms,system and mechanism.The fourth chapter is the research on the current situation of academic moral education governance of university graduate students.In order to further clarify the current predicament of academic moral education governance for graduate students in universities,this comprehensive research was carried out in the form of "online questionnaire" and "offline field interview".Based on the comprehensive analysis of qualitative research and quantitative research,this thesis points out the difficulties of academic moral education in the aspects of subject collaboration,systematic content and soundness of mechanism.At the same time,the thesis summarizes the causes of the predicament from three aspects: the influence of academic utilitarianism,the lack of understanding of social consciousness and the constraint of traditional educational management thinking.The fifth chapter is the path of academic moral education governance for graduate students in universities.This thesis puts forward the ways to strengthen the governance of postgraduate academic moral education from three aspects: subject governance,content system governance and system and mechanism governance.In the subject governance,we should implement the principle of multiple co-governance,clearly define the rights and responsibilities of the subject governance,and improve the overall collaborative subject governance mechanism.In the content system governance,we should improve the construction of the curriculum system of postgraduate academic moral education,enrich the teaching form of postgraduate academic moral education,and enhance the function of the carrier of postgraduate academic moral education.In the system and mechanism governance,we should strengthen the construction of postgraduate academic moral education team,improve the organizational guarantee of postgraduate academic moral education,and promote the evaluation guarantee of postgraduate academic moral education.The optimization path proposed in this study tries to put forward effective improvement strategies for the implementation and development of academic moral education governance for graduate students in universities from the perspective of modern governance. |
