Research On Graduate Academic Ethics Support System

Recently years, graduate education of my country has gets rapid development. And it has plays a very important part in the construction of innovation-oriented country. But the situation of graduate's academic ethics is not optimistic. The situation of violating academic ethics exists in a certain range. It has affects the quality of graduate and the development of academic. So the construction of graduate's academic ethics must be put on the agenda.This study firstly defines the meanings of the key words such as academic ethics, violating academic ethics, academic ethics support and the related words such as violating academic, academic misconduct, academic fault, academic corruption. And then I study the relationship between academic ethics and academic freedom, academic ethics and academic responsibility, academic ethics and academic innovation. On this basis, this study conducts an empirical study for agricultural graduate. In the part of empirical study, we select 800 graduates from three Agricultural Universities. The study looks into them about academic activities, academic standards, the reasons of violating academic ethics and the situation of the academic ethics construction. In the part of the survey on academic journals, I select 10 journals from agricultural universities. Among these journals, five journals are core journals, and the others are non-core journals. I investigate the situation of academic standards.Through the investigations, I know the status of academic ethics and the reasons of violating academic ethics. Then I think that the construction of graduate's academic ethics is system engineering. Constructing an academic ethics support system is a fundamental guarantee to prevent graduate violating academic ethics. Then I construct an academic ethics support system from macro, meso and micro parts using of system theory, goal management theory and education theory. The important point is to discuss the micro part which is composed three bodies, three means and three stages. I hope that this study can play a positive role on the construction of academic ethics.
