The Investigation And Research On The Postgraduate Students' Academic Ethics

The conscience of Academic makes people be inclined to be kind, the academic ethics makes people do well. The virtue-oriented ideas and behavior are not only the foundation of academic subjects' research activities, but also the primitive protection of the reflection of academic value. The study have chosen full-time postgraduates who have done some academic research activities as the directed research objects, because there are many uncommon academic misconducts occurred and some academic scandals in reality, And try to find out the ethical conduct of postgraduates'academic research and as a realistic basis for the series study.It is widespread phenomenon that there are many academic misconducts in postgraduates' researches, and it is true that academic ethics is an indisputable fact, through the survey and interview the three hundred and eighty students from four universities. And mainly as follows:fuzzy knowledge on academic norms, academic moral feeling weak and irregular academic behavior. Then, the possible negative effects of the phenomenon of post-graduates moral anomie were analyzed. Later, combined with the actual situation of surveys and interviews, researcher have put them all down to four aspects, such as cultural, educational, institutional and post-graduates' in deeply, and analyzed fundamental reasons of the postgraduates' academic misconducts, and from a moral point of view, discussed a number of recommendations and treatment programs such as academic construction which base on moral norms; to bring up the moral academic subjects; to create a moral environment, and strengthen the academic moral construction of postgraduate. And try to offer some useful suggestions to the anomie of academic morality for the post-graduates'in universities, so that the true value of academic research can be reflected.The study is relevant from a moral philosophy to analyze the academic research behavior of postgraduate students, and from the moral thrust to inspire their thinking, going self-discipline from his law, which could make their inner self-consciousness out of their actions, the virtue ethics of people should be reflected, this is the important idea of the study, which is a best practice way to return to the academic.
