Since 1990 s,the rapid development of urbanization has become one of the most significant manifestations of social development.While actively adjusting the internal division,each city is expanding outward to bring the surrounding rural land into the urban category.In the process,the former villages were demolished and the residents were collectively placed in the resettlement community.Meanwhile,the surrounding land is also developed and used,and some commercial housing communities are rising around.In order to facilitate jurisdiction,different types of community are divided into the same administrative division,forming a mixed community.In the mixed community of demolition and resettlement community and commercial housing community,the population structure,cultural quality,lifestyle,customs and habits of residents,living environment and other aspects are diversified,which leads to the complex and prominent demand of the community,which puts forward higher requirements for community governance.In 2016,the Ministry of Civil Affairs clearly proposed the "three social linkage" mechanism,aiming to effectively integrate the grass-roots social governance forces,promote the "linkage" among the community,social organizations and social work,to make up for the absence of the government and community neighborhood committee in the grass-roots public service to a certain extent,and provide a new path for improving the comprehensive governance level of the community.Therefore,it is a useful and positive attempt to promote the development of the mechanism of "three social linkage" in mixed community governance."Three social linkage" refers to a new governance mode based on community as platform,social organization as carrier and social workers as support,sharing resources and complementary advantages to meet the needs of residents and improving the level of community governance.At present,the linkage of three societies needs to be realized through the implementation of specific projects,so the improvement of the mechanism of "three social linkage" is promoted by public welfare investment bank projects.In mixed community L,many public welfare venture capital projects are undertaken every year.These projects play an important role in promoting the development of the community "three social linkage" mechanism.However,the "three social linkage" project fully captures the difficulties of community governance in L,and clearly regards "promoting three social linkage" as the project objectives,which is very typical and representative.Therefore,this study takes the "three social linkage" project in mixed community l as the research breakthrough point,through the qualitative research methods such as field observation,unstructured interview and semi structure interview,under the guidance of social system theory and collaborative governance theory,the specific situation of the implementation of the "three social linkage" projects in mixed community governance,the implementation of the three social linkage projects,the three social linkage projects ”The results of the project and the problems still facing are summarized and condensed.On this basis,the Optimization Countermeasures of "three social linkage" in mixed community governance are discussed.The project of "three social linkage promotes multi-agent participation and construction" is to take the community comprehensive service center as the entity platform of "three social linkage",cultivate high-level community self-organization through digging community leaders and incubation;according to the list of community services,innovative service projects are carried out to meet the needs of residents in many aspects,such as old,small and poor;relying on social and Technical College The industry advantage guides the thought transformation and working mode transformation of community neighborhood committee,promotes the specialization and professionalization of community working team;integrates resources inside and outside the community,guides residents volunteers to actively participate in implementation of the project promotes the cooperation among the units within the jurisdiction to some extent,reduces the working pressure of the community neighborhood committee,promotes the increase and standardization of the number of self-organization in the community,and also improves the professional of public services in the community.But the "three social linkage" mechanism in L community still faces many difficulties in the aspects of linkage subject,linkage elements and linkage field.The researchers try to put forward the Optimization Countermeasures of "three social linkage" in the mixed community governance from three aspects:promoting the development of linkage subject,promoting the energy increase of linkage elements and promoting the optimization of linkage field.The paper focuses on the community to reduce the burden and increase efficiency in promoting the development of the main body,strengthen the professional capacity construction,strengthen the self-construction of social organizations,enhance autonomy,and strengthen the construction of professional talents in social work.In terms of promoting the increase of energy,the government should improve the system of public service purchase,increase the input of resources from all walks of life,strengthen the professional identity and local service ability of social workers,improve the service quality of social
