| Children's amateur tennis training is one of the important ways to train tennis talents,representing a regional development of tennis,but also affects the quality and quantity of tennis reserve talent selection,which is related to the future development of tennis in China.Nanchong is the second most populous city in Sichuan province,but so far only a handful of tennis players have been sent to the country.It can be seen that there are still many problems in Nanchong City.Facing the present situation,it is necessary to analyze and study the present situation of children's amateur tennis training in Nanchong city,which will provide the promotion for the development of children's tennis in Nanchong city,and provide reference value for popularizing children's tennis in China,which has certain practical significance.The study was conducted by the coaches,athletes and parents of the children's tennis amateur training in nanchong city.Using field investigation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature data method,mathematical statistics method,comprehensive analysis method etc.At least China hownet,a database of ten thousand and the xihua normal university library about tennis "children" and "amateur sports training" related content,in organizing the basis of the previous scholars research results,the research situation of nanchong children tennis amateur training,the following conclusions:(1)The atmosphere for children to participate in tennis in Nanchong City has gradually increased,and children have a high degree of love for tennis.(2)Most of the students involved in amateur tennis training have a short ball age and lack children's tennis players aged 13-16.(3)Children attach great importance to cultural courses,and the contradiction between learning and training is serious.(4)The gender ratio of coaches engaged in amateur tennis training for children in Nanchong is uneven.(5)The coaching age is young,the senior coaches are relatively scarce,and the number of coaching sessions is small.(6)Most of them are part-time coaches.The teaching period is short and there is basically no level of sports.(7)The title structure of the coach is low,the number of certified employees is small,and theteaching plan is basically not written.The coach lacks scientific research capabilities.(8)The length of the student's training and the number of training sessions per week.(9)Students 'physical training and technical and tactical training arrangements are relatively reasonable.(10)The number of students participating in the competition is small,the coaches are basically not selected,and most coaches do not perform medical supervision.(11)The quality of the training venue is poor and there is a lack of teaching equipment.In this paper,according to the problems in the present situation of children's amateur tennis training in Nanchong City,the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of children's tennis in Nanchong City:(1)Moderately increase the intensity of tennis guidance,advance the age of tennis enlightenment for students,actively excavate students at the middle school level,and optimize the age composition of students.(2)It is proposed that relevant educational units establish a mechanism for ensuring further studies to reduce students 'contradictions in academic training.(3)It is recommended that the heads of tennis training places increase the frequency of coaching positions and strengthen the quality of teaching.(4)Establish a coaching permit system to standardize the preparation of coaching plans.(5)Strengthen the comprehensive coaching level of coaches.(6)Encourage students to participate in competitions on their own initiative and improve their competitive abilities.(7)Strengthen scientific material selection work,formulate material selection standards that meet actual standards,and improve the success rate of tennis training.(8)Suggest that relevant departments build or refurbish tennis court facilities and improve teaching equipment. |
