| In recent years,the physical health of young people has attracted much attention.The State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers".A comprehensive sports method,the introduction of regular physical education courses can effectively improve the physical fitness of left-behind children on the one hand,increase the interest of left-behind children in badminton teaching,create a classroom atmosphere,and make teachers gradually transition from professional talents to all-round talents;On the other hand,it improves the awareness of teamwork among left-behind children,eases the family relationship between left-behind children and their parents,clearly presents the development potential of left-behind children in badminton sports,and is also crucial to the improvement of their social adaptability.In view of this,discuss the characteristics of the physical fitness development of left-behind children while improving their social adaptability,provide a solid theoretical basis for the improvement of physical fitness and social adaptability of left-behind children,and promote the diversification and practicality of the teaching content of physical education courses for left-behind children.scientization,scientization.The paper uses literature,expert interviews,interviews,questionnaires,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other methods to analyze the physical quality and social adaptability of 80 left-behind children in Taha Primary School,Monkey Field Town,Ziyun County,Guizhou Province,after fully communicating with parents and obtaining their consent for a 12-week analysis and testing,the control group(regular physical education courses)and the experimental group(badminton combined with regular physical education class integration intervention)both groups were tested simultaneously for physical fitness(strength,speed,endurance,flexibility,agility,coordination)and social adjustment diagnostic measures as well as adolescent mental toughness(goal focus,family support,positive cognition,emotional control,interpersonal assistance),and data were processed using independent samples t-test after the experiment.In view of this,the characteristics of physical quality development of left-behind children while improving their social adaptability were explored to provide a solid theoretical basis for improving physical quality and social adaptability of left-behind children,and to promote diversification,actualization,and scientificization of the teaching content of physical education courses for left-behind children.The experimental plan,test indexes,and test scales used in the experiment were approved by relevant experts,and the test data before and after the experimental intervention were analyzed as follows.Physical fitness test,the experimental group in badminton combined with the regular class teaching intervention there is a very significant difference,as shown by the strength,speed,endurance,flexibility,agility,coordination before and after badminton sports teaching indicators related to each dimension(push-ups,50 M run,50 M × 8 round trip run,standing long jump,sitting forward bend,reaction time,situps,badminton throw long)test have a very significant changes,indicating that badminton sports teaching can improve the physical quality of left-behind children.After the social adaptability test,the data of the experimental group in the social adaptability diagnostic scale and adolescent mental toughness scale dimensions(goal focus,family support,positive cognition,emotional control,interpersonal coordination)of the two scales after the intervention of badminton combined with regular class teaching showed a highly significant increase,therefore,it can be considered that badminton teaching has a positive improvement on the social adaptability of leftbehind children.effect.Finally,it was concluded from the experimental intervention that according to the fun,functional and comprehensive characteristics of badminton sports teaching,the introduction of badminton sports participation in daily school curriculum teaching has significant effects and practical significance,not only improving the physical quality of left-behind children,but also improving the social adaptation of left-behind children. |
