Left-behind children in rural areas are a special group in the period of social development of China’s reform and opening up.It is a huge scale accompanied by a number of problems,has been widely concerned by the government and the community from all walks of life.Children are the hope and future of national development,and the fate of the country is closely related to the healthy growth of young children.On the basis of the favorable platform of school education,this paper studies the mental health of left-behind children in rural areas from the point of view of physical education teaching,after a detailed investigation of the research objects and with the help of the favorable platform of school education.This paper tries to explore the influence of different types of physical education teaching contents on the development of physical and mental health of left-behind children,in order to promote the mental health development of left-behind children in rural primary schools.The selection of physical education teaching methods provides a reference basis.This paper studies the effects of different types of physical education teaching contents on the physical self-esteem and social anxiety of left-behind children in rural primary schools.Using a questionnaire to measure index of the subjects,on the basis of the analysis,research and exploration of group projects,and a human project of two different types of sports teaching content on the impact of left-behind children’s mental health,improve the left-behind children’s mental health,looking for the left-behind children’s mental health sports means to promote the actual value,so from the perspective of physical education to solve the problem of left-behind children’s mental health to provide certain reference.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Different types of physical education teaching contents can improve and alleviate the level of physical self-esteem and social anxiety of left-behind children in rural primary schools.(2)Personal human projects can improve the overall level of physical self-esteem of left-behind children in rural primary schools,reduce the level of social anxiety of left-behind children in rural primary schools,and play a positive role in physical attraction,social avoidance and social anxiety.(3)Group projects can effectively improve the overall level of physical self-esteem of left-behind children in rural primary schools and reduce the level of social anxiety of left-behind children in rural primary schools,and have a positive impact on their overall level of physical self-esteem,loneliness and social anxiety.(4)Group projects have more positive effects on the overall level of physical self-esteem,social anxiety and loneliness of left-behind children than individual human projects.
