Research On The Grade Evaluation Of Youth Sports Clubs In Guangdong Province

Youth sports is the basic path choice in the national strategies of education power,sports power,healthy China,etc.The construction of youth sports clubs has gradually become the strategic support of youth sports development.After the issuance of the national double-reduction policy,schools need to introduce a large number of youth sports clubs to provide after-school sports training services for young students.However,the youth sports clubs have not yet formed a complete evaluation system,and their management problems become increasingly complex,with uneven development levels,clubs entering the campus,and various club organizations.Moreover,for the first time,the Sports Bureau of Guangdong Province has included profit-making organizations in the scope of evaluation,to explore the evaluation index system suitable for the nature of each organization in accordance with Guangdong Province.Therefore,this paper,based on the research background of Guangdong youth sports club rating trial,describes the development process,analyzes the problems through the analysis of the trial evaluation results and puts forward optimization countermeasures,in order to enrich the theoretical research of youth sports clubs and put forward feasible suggestions for Guangdong youth sports club rating.Based on domestic and foreign research results,this study uses literature,expert interview,Delphi method,field survey and mathematical statistics and other research methods,takes the grade evaluation of youth sports clubs in Guangdong Province as the main research object,uses Delphi method and expert interview to develop grade evaluation standards,and uses spss and excel software to analyze the score results.This paper probes into the problems in grade evaluation of youth sports clubs and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The main research conclusions are as follows:The full score of this Guangdong youth club rating is 1000,and the star standard is above 600.A total of 110 participating institutions scored an average of 384 points,with 88 percent of them failing to meet the star standard.(1)There are shortcomings: participating units have poor assessment consciousness and generally low scores;The notification and publicity of grade rating are not in place;The setting of grade evaluation index is one-sided;There is a common phenomenon that the self-evaluation score is higher than the re-evaluation score.(2)Optimization countermeasures: strengthen the evaluation consciousness of each subject to the youth sports club;Increase the rating publicity,carry out evaluation training;Optimize the index according to the actual situation;Improve the internal governance system of youth sports clubs.Recommendations are made as follows:(1)To evaluate departments: to strengthen departmental information sharing;Strengthen the publicity of rating;Improve the reward and punishment system of evaluation.(2)Evaluation objects: actively participate in strengthening the awareness of evaluation;Improve the material archiving system.(3)Evaluation indicators: evaluation units of various organizational nature shall be applied;It should be applied to the participating units in economically underdeveloped areas.
