| The 20th Report of the Communist Party of China explicitly advocated for the enhancement of youth sports efforts.Youth sports are an important part of the National Strategy of National Fitness and the Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation.And in the process of actively implementing such major national strategies,"youth sports club" is a high-frequency word.It can be seen that youth sports clubs,as the organizational carrier of youth sports,have carried the expectations of the country and society.At present,the number of youth sports clubs in China has formed a certain scale,but the problem has also been highlighted,with some youth sports clubs performing well and growing fast,while others underperforming,stagnating or even eventually dying.Some youth sports clubs have developed rapidly at the beginning of their establishment,or have shown outstanding performance during the support cycle of rated national youth sports clubs,but after a short period of glory,most of these clubs fall into the strange circle of only maintaining business,or even partially closing their doors.Foreign experience and theoretical research show that the capacity of youth sports clubs plays a fundamental role in solving this problem.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the capacity building of youth sports clubs,clarify the influencing factors of youth sports clubs’ capacity and explore the strategies to improve it.At present,the research on the capacity theory of nonprofit organizations is too fragmented,mainly focusing on the research of one or several capacity elements,which lacks the content,structure and interaction of the elements.In addition,the development of youth sports clubs is also affected by external factors,but,no studies have been conducted by scholars using the internal and external factors of comprehensive capacity.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct a comprehensive study on the internal and external influencing factors of youth sports club capacity,explore its mechanism and operation strategy,in order to improve the capacity of youth sports clubs.Problem-oriented,we actively carry out field research.And On the basis of integrating"Organizational Theory System View","Policy,Market and Voluntary Organization Interdependence Theory","Organizational capacity Theory" etc.,first the core concept of youth sports club capacity is clarified,and the method of combining logical reasoning and grounded theory paradigm are adopted.A theoretical model of "influencing factors of youth sports club capacity",is constructed.After conducting empirical research on the model,we find out the mechanism of influencing factors of organizational capacity,and then its practical strategies are designed.After the empirical test,the conclusions are drawn as follows.1.Internal and external influencing factors of youth sports club capacity contain strategic leadership,resource acquisition,network relations,service innovation,policies and platforms.Among them,the policy includes two dimensions,which are incentive policies and regulatory policies,and the platforms include two dimensions which are service platforms and external communication platforms.The research on the weight of influencing factors of youth sports club capacity shows that there is little difference in the weight of influencing factors.2.The external influencing factors of youth sports club capacity play an indirect role through the internal influencing factors.The main performance is that most incentive policies and supervision policies play a role in the mission positioning capacity,resource integration capacity and standardized governance capacity of youth sports clubs through strategic leadership,resource acquisition,network relationship and service innovation.Most of the service platforms and external communication platforms play a role in the mission positioning capacity,resource integration capacity and standardized governance capacity of youth sports clubs through strategic leadership,resource acquisition,network relationship and service innovation.3.The external influencing factors of youth sports clubs can also directly affect the capacity of youth sports clubs.The main performance is that most of the incentive policies and supervision policies directly affect the mission positioning capacity,resource integration capacity and standardized governance capacity of youth sports clubs.Most of the service platforms and external communication platforms can directly affect the mission positioning capacity,resource integration capacity,and standardized governance capacity of youth sports clubs.4.The internal influencing factors of youth sports club capacity have the function of promoting youth sports club capacity,which can be realized through multiple paths.Most of the internal influencing factors on the capacity of youth sports clubs can independently affect the capacity level of youth sports clubs,except that the network relationship directly affects the service innovation,and the network relationship affects the capacity of youth sports clubs through service innovation does not exist.The other internal influencing factors of youth sports club capacity will directly affect youth sports club capacity.Or the capacity of youth sports clubs can be further strengthened through the overall effect of the interaction between influencing factors.5.Combined with practical problems and guided by theoretical research results,practical strategies to improve the capacity of youth sports clubs are designed.Specifically as follows,the mission of the organization is achieved with high quality by enhancing the strategic leadership of the club.Access to resources is broadened by fostering network capacity.The basic needs of the club are ensured by improving access to resources.The vitality of the organization is revitalized by enhancing the service innovation capacity of the organization.The policy effect is fully released through the optimization of the policy environment.The organizational potential is activated through the application of the network platform under government’s support.This research makes significant contributions in the following ways.First,on the basis of clarifying the "system view of organization theory",I integrate the "policy,market,voluntary organization interdependence theory","organizational capacity theory" and "environmental uncertainty theory" and introduce them into the research of the capacity of youth sports clubs in China,enriching and improving the theoretical system of youth sports club capacities.Second,the grounded theory is used to clarify the capacity elements and influencing factors of youth sports clubs.The third is to grasp the overall research on the realizing path of youth sports clubs capacity and function,focusing on the role path of youth sports club’s capacity and organizational effectiveness,and carrying out the role path of organizational capacity function realization under the influence of external factors(policy,social media).To a certain extent,enrich and improve the research on the antecedent variables of organizational effectiveness,and provide new perspectives for analyzing how policy and social media affect organizational capacities.The fourth is to construct a research model of the relationship between organizational capacities and organizational effectiveness under the adjustment of different dimensions of environmental uncertainty and empirically test it to help broaden research ideas.Finally,based on the above theoretical research results,suggestions for the capacity cultivation activities of youth sports clubs in different environments are proposed. |
