Research On The Employment Promotion Function Of Unemployment Insurance Fund In Qiannan Prefectur

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,and has always been the focus of attention of the Party and the country.In recent years,China’s economy has undergone transformation and upgrading,with slower growth rates,increasingly prominent structural contradictions,and the issue of structural unemployment becoming increasingly prominent.At the end of 2019,the COVID-19 broke out,and some small and medium-sized enterprises had difficulties in operation.Employees were facing unemployment difficulties.Unemployment gradually became the focus of social attention,and the call for stable employment was also growing.Therefore,there is an urgent need to improve and optimize the unemployment insurance system,give full play to the important roles of unemployment insurance in protecting the people’s livelihood,preventing unemployment,promoting employment,and helping the unemployed to regain employment and help enterprises overcome difficulties.This not only promotes social harmony and stability,but also relates to China’s economic development.The unemployment insurance system in China was initially established in1986.After more than 30 years of development,its function of protecting the people’s livelihood has basically matured,providing solid protection for the unemployed and playing an important role.However,due to its late start,there are still some shortcomings in stabilizing and promoting employment.From the perspective of the employment promotion function of unemployment insurance funds,this article analyzes and studies the employment promotion function of unemployment insurance funds in Qiannan Prefecture by using interview methods,comparative analysis methods,and other methods in combination with the current situation of unemployment and employment development in Qiannan Prefecture,from the following aspects.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the topic selection of this article,sorts out relevant research at home and abroad,and makes comments.Secondly,it defines the basic concepts involved in this article and summarizes the theoretical basis.Thirdly,based on the actual data analysis of the current situation and effectiveness of the employment promotion function of the unemployment insurance fund in Qiannan Prefecture,combined with interviews and surveys on the reemployment situation of the unemployed in Qiannan Prefecture,this paper proposes the existing problems and reasons for the employment promotion function of the unemployment insurance fund in Qiannan Prefecture.Finally,based on the advanced experience of promoting employment through unemployment insurance in some domestic cities,a comprehensive analysis is conducted to propose an optimized route for the employment promotion function of the unemployment insurance fund in Qiannan Prefecture,and targeted suggestions and countermeasures are proposed in terms of optimizing system construction,improving service accuracy,and strengthening fund supervision.
