Curriculum ideological and political construction is the new era of higher education reform,in order to build high-level personnel training system,we must pay attention to curriculum ideological and political construction,and solve the professional education and ideological and political education "two skins".National traditional sports health is based on the excellent traditional culture of China as the carrier,to practice the traditional health skills as a means of fitness.It not only contains the critical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine culture and philosophy,but also has rich ideological and political elements,which is closely in line with the country’s development concept of building a "community with a shared future for mankind" and vigorously carrying forward and inheriting the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation.It is of great practical significance to combine national traditional sports health courses with ideological and political elements for the development of national traditional sports health education at present.Based on the reform requirements of the country on curriculum ideological and political construction,this study tries to solve the practical dilemma of the combination of traditional national sports health and curriculum ideological and political construction in the road of curriculum ideological and political construction,and the teaching design exists the practical dilemma of the practical construction of traditional national sports health curriculum ideological and political construction.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi method,teaching experiment method and questionnaire survey,we integrate and extract the ideological and political elements of traditional national sports health course,and carry out the teaching design by integrating the ideological and political elements into professional courses,and test its effectiveness through teaching practice.Research results:(1)The first level indexes of the ideological and political elements of the traditional sports health were extracted as moral cultivation,cultural accomplishment and traditional thinking;The secondary indexes are patriotism,dedication,integrity,friendliness,humanistic spirit,scientific spirit,sportsmanship,harmony between nature and man,and the coexistence of Yin and Yang.(2)Adhere to the principle of "three aspects of education",refer to the concept of "collaborative education",use the method of "combination of explicit and implicit",through the main channel of "classroom teaching",the extracted ideological and political elements into the curriculum teaching objectives,content,methods,processes,evaluation of five aspects of the design.(3)The results of the teaching experiment are as follows:(1)There are statistically significant differences in the moral cultivation of the experimental groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.01),which are as follows: There were no statistically significant differences in patriotism(P > 0.05),there were statistically significant differences in professionalism and integrity(P < 0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in friendliness(P < 0.01).After intra-group comparison,there were statistically significant differences in patriotism and honesty(P<0.01),and statistically significant differences in professionalism and friendliness(P<0.05).(2)In terms of cultural literacy,there were statistically significant differences in the experimental groups before and after the experiment(P<0.01),specifically,there were statistically significant differences in humanistic spirit,scientific spirit and sports spirit after the comparison between groups(P<0.01);After comparison,there were statistically significant differences in humanistic spirit and scientific spirit(P< 0.01),and there were statistically significant differences in sports spirit(P<0.05).(3)At the level of traditional thinking,there was no statistically significant difference in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P>0.05),specifically,there was no statistically significant difference in the unity of nature and man between groups after comparison(P>0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in the interaction of Yin and Yang(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in in-group acquired human unity and yin-yang phase birth(P>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Among the ideological and political elements of ethnic traditional sports health course,the moral cultivation and traditional thinking in the first index,and the patriotism,humanistic spirit and the unity of nature and man in the second index have a higher correlation with the content of ethnic traditional sports health course,and have a greater impact on students in the teaching and implementation process.(2)The teaching design of ethnic traditional sports health course should pay attention to accurately grasp the teaching objectives,extract the ideological and political elements in line with the curriculum ideological and political elements,reasonable use of teaching methods,organic combination of ideological and political elements and ethnic traditional sports health course,so as to achieve the integration of "smooth things silently".Effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning and thinking about the cultural connotation of traditional national sports health.(3)The effective implementation of ethnic traditional sports health course ideological and political education can improve students’ moral and cultural accomplishment,which is specifically manifested in patriotism,integrity,humanistic spirit and scientific spirit.It can effectively guide students to carry forward and inherit the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,firm cultural confidence,and give full play to its ideological and political education value.(4)More attention should be paid to the integration of the relatively abstract indicators of cultural connotations with specific teaching contents,so that they can be more easily applied to teaching practices in the teaching process.
