In the influence of the reform policy of higher physical education in China,higher requirements are put forward for the teaching quality of basketball courses in colleges and universities.In the following of the diversified training methods on which could improve basketball offensive techniques in colleges.The learning effect of students has become an important criterion to measure the effectiveness of training methods.In physical education teaching and training,as an important method of the physical training,circular training can not only effectively stimulate students’ training emotions and enthusiasm,but also improve the learning effect of students at different levels and levels by strengthening technical exercises,and also reasonably increase the practice density in the training process to improve students’ physical fitness.Therefore,this study takes 34 students from junior basketball class of 2020 majoring in sports training in Guangzhou Sport University as the experimental objects.Adopting the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to conduct an experimental study on the influence of circular training on the teaching effect of basketball offensive techniques.In the experiment,two basketball classes of 2020 sports training major were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group by homogeneity test.Among them,the students in the experimental group used circular training method,while the students in the control group used traditional teaching method,and conducted a total of 8 weeks of teaching experiments.By conducting independent sample t-tests on the scores and physical fitness data of two groups of students in the offensive technique test,as well as data on their learning interests,it can be summarized that except for the two groups of students who showed no significant difference in passing and receiving technique tests(P>0.05),there were significant differences in other offensive technique comparisons;In terms of changes in learning interests,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01)between the two groups of data;In the physical fitness test,the data comparison between the two groups of students showed significant differences(P<0.01),except for the sensitivity test in the restricted area.All other test items showed significant differences(P<0.05).The conclusion shows that:1.In the teaching of basketball offensive skills,both of the circular training method and the traditional teaching method can improve students’ physical quality.But compared with the traditional teaching method,the circular training method has a better effect.2.Both of the circular training method and the traditional teaching method can improve the learning effect of students’ dribbling skills,One-handed shoulder shooting skills and holding breakthrough skills.But the circular training method is better than the traditional teaching method.However,in passing and catching the ball,the teaching effect of the two methods is not obvious.3.In the study of basketball offensive skills,the circular training method can improve students’ interest in training.
