Objective: This study studied the effect of coordination training on the offensive skills and physical fitness of 12-14 year old teenagers from both physiological and psychological aspects,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the future youth basketball training.Research methods: Literature analysis, data analysis, questionnaire survey, expert interview and experiment were used to analyze and verify the experiment.Research process: Forty-two adolescents aged 12-14 years old who were in the sensitive stage of coordination development were divided into two groups for 12 weeks of experimental intervention. They received 30-40 minutes of coordination training, traditional physical training and the same basketball skills and tactics training for a total of 2 hours. The Subjective Exercise Experience Scale was distributed before and after the experiment to pay attention to psychological and emotional changes.A randomized controlled trial was conducted.Research results:1.In terms of physiology, before the experiment, height, weight, training years, offensive skills and physical fitness were tested between the two groups, and there were no significant differences(P > 0.05).After the experiment, the comparative analysis before and after the group,in the aspect of basketball offensive technology, the control group in the full court comprehensive dribble, half court mobile pass and receive, restricted area movement has significant differences(P < 0.05),the experimental group in the full court comprehensive dribble, half court mobile pass and receive,1min shooting, restricted area movement has extremely significant differences(P < 0.01).In terms of physical fitness, the control group had significant differences in the standing long jump and 15m×9 retrace run(P < 0.05),the experimental group had extremely significant differences in the standing long jump and run-up one-foot take-off height(P < 0.01),and had significant differences in the 15m×9 retrace run(P <0.05).2.Compared with the control group,in terms of basketball offensive techniques, the experimental group showed significant differences in overall dribbling,1min shooting and movement in restricted area(P < 0.05).In terms of physical fitness, the experimental group had a significant difference in the take-off height of one foot in the run-up(P < 0.05),and other indicators increased but had no significant difference(P > 0.05).However,from the perspective of the change rate, coordination training could improve the physical fitness more comprehensively.3.In terms of psychology, the subjective exercise mood of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.01),the positive happiness of the three dimensions was significantly different(P < 0.01),and the mental annoyance and exhaustion were not significantly different(P > 0.05).It shows that coordination training can bring more positive emotions to the subjects.Conclusion:1.Offensive skills of basketballCompared with traditional training, coordination training can better improve the overall basketball dribble,one-minute shot and grab, restricted area movement ability.2.Physical fitnessCompared with traditional training, coordination training can better improve the starting height of one-foot run-up.In addition,no matter what kind of training method,12-14 years old belongs to the peak of youth development, its flexibility is greatly affected by its own factors, and there will be stagnation or slight decline in the training process.3.PsychologicalThe reasons are analyzed from the exercise emotion.According to the Supervisor Exercise Emotion Scale, coordination training has better subjective exercise emotion and better positive emotion and subjective intention for basketball skill learning than traditional training.
