Objective: This study aims to explore the influence of different physical training methods on the serving effect of junior tennis players,to explore the internal relationship between functional training and factors related to the effect of tennis serve,and hope to provide some references and suggestions for the improvement of serving skills of junior tennis players,and further enrich and improve the training system of junior tennis players.Methods: In this study,24 junior male athletes of the Guangzhou tennis team were randomly divided into experimental group and 12 control groups by using the literature method,expert interview method and experimental research method,and 12 weeks of functional training and routine physical training were added while daily special training,and the differences in the influence of the two physical training methods on the serving effect were compared and analyzed.The serve success rate,serving speed,physical fitness index,sports biomechanical parameters and functional exercise test results of the experimental group and the control group were tested before and after the experiment,and the measured data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software.Result:(1)The baseline survey showed that there were no significant differences in physical characteristics,functional characteristics,athletic ability and technical level between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).Before the experiment,the two groups of athletes had the same level of ability in all aspects.(2)Through 12 weeks of physical training,the serving effect of athletes in the experimental group and the control group was improved to a certain extent,with the success rate of serving in the experimental group being the most obvious,and the success rate of all three serving increased by more than 4%.Among them,functional training had the greatest effect on the success rate of flat hitting serves,with an increase of 4.32% after training.In terms of serving speed,functional training had the greatest effect on the ball speed promotion of side-spin serves,with an increase of4.47%.According to statistical data analysis,functional training and conventional physical training can promote the improvement of serving success rate and serving speed,but the improvement is greater in the experimental group.After the experiment,there were significant differences in the success rate and serving speed of the experimental group compared with the control group(p<0.05).(3)Before the experiment,the exercise biomechanical parameters of the athletes in the experimental group and the control group during the serving were generally consistent.Through 12 weeks of physical training,the action structure and force order of most athletes in the experimental group were basically the same,while the action structure and force order of most athletes in the control group were still inconsistent.(4)Through the 12-week physical training promotion,the physical fitness of the athletes in the experimental group and the control group was greatly improved,with the most significant improvement in strength quality.After the experiment,the physical fitness of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(p<0.05).(5)Through 12 weeks of physical training,the functional exercise test performance of the athletes in the experimental group was significantly improved except for the active straight leg lift(p<0.05),and the control group had no significant improvement except torsional/rotational stability(p>0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group,except for hurdle steps,trunk stable push-ups,and torsional/rotational stability scores(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Through 12 weeks of physical training,the serving effect of athletes in the experimental group and the control group was improved to different degrees,and the success rate and serving speed of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,indicating that functional training had a more significant effect on the tennis serve effect of athletes than conventional physical training.(2)Through 12 weeks of physical training,the experimental group showed better physical fitness and athletic ability,more reasonable action structure and force sequence than the control group,indicating that functional training can improve the physical fitness of athletes,improve the movement structure of athletes,and indirectly promote the improvement of tennis serve effect.
