| With the continuous release of national policies to encourage the development of vocational education,the vocational education industry has become a note eye-catching industry.As a leading enterprise in vocational education,Z Education Group has grown into a leading enterprise in the industry after more than 20 years of development.After landing in the capital market,it has become a star company in the market with its excellent performance.However,after experiencing the highlight moment,Z Education Group’s operating conditions went all the way down,with huge losses and negative news coming successively,which was very surprising.At present,in the face of the fierce external competition environment and internal operating pressure,how to make the company through the crisis,into safety has become the most urgent problem for the company.In Beijing Z education group as the research object,on the basis of combing the development strategy related theory,using the PEST analysis model,port five force analysis model,EFE matrix,IFE matrix method has analyzed the internal and external environment of Beijing Z education group,combined with the comprehensive evaluation of internal and external factors,using the SWOT model qualitative analysis for four alternative strategy,then using the QSPM matrix quantitative analysis,finally from the four alternative scheme choose ST strategy as the development strategy,specific should implement related diversification strategy.The strategic positioning of Z Education Group is determined to "become the largest multi-category vocational education direct chain organization in China".In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of Z Education Group,phased strategic objectives are formulated,and suggestions are given on how to carry out the strategy and safeguard measures.This paper has the value and significance of the formulation of the development strategy of Beijing Z education Group and the development of vocational education industry. |
