Under the strategy of socialist modern sports power, the country attaches great importance to the healthy development of national physique.Young children are the hope of the future nation of the motherland. The development of children’s physical quality is related to the growth of the country and the revitalization of the nation. The quality of balance is the basis of people’s daily life and work, and has a great impact on people’s growth and development.Early childhood is the most critical period for the development of balanced quality.Different from the conventional sports training activities, sports games increase the storyline and interest in the process of sports, and interfere with children’s balanced quality through games. It can significantly promote the development of children’s balanced quality and improve the level of balanced quality.Based on the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development and the needs of developing balanced quality, this study created a series of interesting sports games to interfere with the balanced quality of children aged 5-6 years old.The research process adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, field investigation and mathematical statistics, and 40 children aged 5-6 years old from a private kindergarten in Weifang are selected as experimental subjects. The children were randomly divided into experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20).There was no significant difference in basic condition and physical quality between the two groups(p>0.05).The data of the three measurements are compared and analyzed, and the relevant experimental conclusions are obtained. In this study,by communicating with relevant experts and scholars, four test indexes are determined to evaluate children’s static balance ability and dynamic balance ability respectively. Before, during and after the experimental intervention, the static balance ability and dynamic balance ability were monitored according to the standing time test index of one foot, the enhanced Romberg test index, the standing test index with closed eyes and the walking balance beam test index in the National physical Fitness Measurement Standard Manual(infant part). The measurement data before, during and after the experiment were compared and analyzed by SPSS26.0 and Numbers tables.Through the data analysis of independent sample T test and repeated measurement variance, the mean value, standard deviation,t value,P value and test results are presented in the form of charts. This paper analyzes the influence of children’s sports games on the balanced quality development of 5-and 6-year-old children, and the relationship between the progress of the experiment cycle and the development of children’s balanced quality. The results are as follows:(1)In the pre-test group, the average scores of walking balance beam, standing on one foot, intensive Romberg and standing on one foot were 10.82s,18.09s,12.90s and 21.41s respectively. In the control group, the average scores of walking on balance beam, standing on one foot, intensive Romberg and standing on one foot were 10.78s,18.15s,12.56s and 21.54s respectively.(2)In the middle test group, the average scores of walking balance beam, standing on one foot, intensive Romberg and standing on one foot were 9.45s,20.65s,14.32s and 22.85s respectively. There was no significant change in all indexes in the control group.(3)In the post-test group, the average scores of walking balance beam, standing on one foot, intensive Romberg and standing on one foot were 7.98s,24.52s,16.45s and 24.59s respectively. There was no significant change in all indexes in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Children’s sports games play an obvious role in promoting the development of children’s balanced quality at the age of 5 and 6 years old.intervention in this age group through games can effectively accelerate the development of children’s balanced quality.(2)Compared with the traditional kindergarten game content, the intervention of balanced quality through play can increase children’s interest and make the balanced quality develop better.(3)The growth rate of children’s dynamic balance quality in the second cycle is faster than that in the first cycle, which indicates that the development of children’s balance quality can be better promoted with the extension of intervention time.(4)The balance quality of young children can be effectively improved by developing the strength of lower limbs and the ability of coordination with sensory integration organs. |
