At the beginning of 2020,in order to prevent and control the epidemic,the Ministry of Education issued a proposal to "suspend classes without stopping school" and students of primary and secondary schools all over the country will be taught online the online education industry has received widespread attention.The traditional education industry relies on the word-of-mouth offline expansion model to meet the needs of its rapid development.The emergence of "live online courses" has become the focus of the development of maj or education companies.Live online courses have broken the limitation of space,and students can always Learn anywhere,and at the same time,enterprises rely on the Internet,an efficient means of communication,to rapidly expand their influence.In recent years,online education companies have been sought after by capital and have developed rapidly.However,most Internet online education companies are in the initial stage and development stage have failed to form a positive cash flow.Traditional valuation methods cannnot accurately assess their value,and The "double reduction" policy in 2021 will have a great impact on the industry.Therefore,this article mainly studies the valuation methods applicable to Internet online education companies,and at the same time explores the impact of the "double reduction" policy on the value of specific companies.The thesis adopts the method of case study.First,read a large amount of literature to summarize the previous research results,and explain related theories and concepts.Second,the current situation,characteristics,business models,valuation methods and "double reduction"policies of the Internet industry are explained.Through analysis,it is found that the Metcalfe model and DEVA model,which are widely used in the Internet industry,reflect the impact of user value on enterprise value,but the growth mode of the model is too radical and prone to large bubbles.Finally,the article passed Zipf s law and Matthew effect improved the original valuation model,constructed a user-oriented valuation model,and applied the model using YFD and ZYB as examples.The research conclusions of the article mainly include the following three points:(1)the rapid development of the online education industry has exposed common problems such as high losses and insufficient hematopoiesis;(2)the user-oriented valuation model can more accurately evaluate the value of Internet online education enterprises;(3)The development of Internet online education enterprises is strongly influenced by macro policies.The "double reduction"policy has hit the excessive capitalization of education.Although it has affected the value of Internet online education enterprises,it has reduced the academic burden of primary and secondary school students and created a healthy growth environment.a good atmosphere.
