Under the background of "Healthy China 2030" and "Internet Plus" era,it has become an important goal of school sports to improve students’ physical fitness,cultivate students’ interest in sports learning,and promote the integration of physical education and the Internet.This study integrates the relevant application of "Internet +" into the physical homework of primary school,and designs the homework implementation plan of "four in one and collaborative supervision" of students,parents,school teachers and Internet platform.It explores the influence of APP "Jump Rope every day" applied to physical homework on students,and tries to solve the current inadequate implementation and supervision of physical homework.Evaluation is not timely and other problems,for Jinan primary school sports homework design and application to provide ideas and foundation.This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics analysis and so on.There are three questionnaires in total: Survey on the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of the Application of "Every Day Skipping" APP in Sports Homework,Primary School Students’ Sports Learning Interest Scale,and Primary School Students’ Emotional Expression and Cooperation Spirit Scale.The first questionnaire investigated the current situation of sports homework in Jinan and analyzed it.Design and apply sports homework based on the survey results of questionnaire 1.Through comparative experiments,the application effect of the "Everyday Rope Jumping" app in sports homework was analyzed,mainly including physical fitness,interest in sports learning,and spirit of emotional cooperation.Physical fitness is evaluated based on the "Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)".The interest and cooperative performance in sports learning were evaluated using Professor Wang Xiaozan’s "Primary School Students’ Interest in Sports Learning Scale" and "Primary School Students’ Emotional Performance and Cooperative Spirit Scale".Through research,investigation and analysis,the following results were obtained:1.Through literature research,it is found that wechat groups are the most commonly used means to assign homework in different regions.It can be seen that "Internet +" has been imperceptitiously applied to sports homework.However,the basic status quo of sports homework currently exists,such as low enthusiasm of relevant personnel,not close cooperation between home and school,not timely information feedback,single form of homework and so on.Sports homework needs to be further improved.2.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that most students’ PE teachers occasionally assign homework at home sports court,accounting for 48.03% of the respondents;there are also a few students’ PE teachers assign homework every day,accounting for 8.48%.Students expect teachers to assign PE homework once every two days and every day,accounting for 40.91% and 36.21% of the total,respectively,indicating that teachers’ attitude towards PE homework needs to be further improved.Among them,the questionnaire data has important reference value for the application of "Daily Rope skipping" APP to the design of primary school physical education homework.3.Using SPSS and AMOS software to conduct structural equation confirmatory factor tests on the data collected in the survey questionnaire,it was found that the factors affecting the application of the "Daily Rope Jumping" app to primary school sports homework include the homework itself,students themselves,teachers,and parents,with the most important factor being the homework itself.This clarifies the focus of my application in designing elementary school sports homework.4.This study studies the design and application of physical education homework for primary school students with the help of "Daily Rope Skipping" APP.The guiding ideology is closely combined with the implementation process,which plays a guiding role in the formulation of each content and plan.The homework mode under the background of "Internet +" follows the concept of "health first",adopts the network platform,teachers,parents and students to participate in the multi-body evaluation,and adopts the method of combining formative evaluation and terminal evaluation.To carry out effective implementation,so as to achieve the goal of improving students’ physical quality.5.Through the control experiment,it is concluded that(1)there are significant differences in the indicators of physical fitness,interest in sports learning,affection and cooperation in the experimental group before and after the experiment.BMI does not change significantly but vital capacity increases significantly.(2)In the control group before and after the experiment,except for the vital capacity and 50 m *8 rewinding,the indicators of students’ interest in sports learning and emotional cooperation fluctuated but did not change significantly.(3)After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were compared,and it was found that the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences except BMI and 50*8 retracing,and the experimental group was superior to the control group.It shows that the application of "Daily Skipping Rope" APP in physical education homework of primary schools in Jinan can better improve the physical quality,physical function,interest in sports learning,expression of affection and cooperative spirit of primary school students compared with the conventional physical education homework.
