In March 2021,the Ministry of Education and other three ministries jointly published the Evaluation of "Double First-class" Construction Focusing on "Breaking the Fifth",which clearly pointed out that the evaluation of scientific research should pay attention to original innovation and major breakthroughs,rather than quantity,and emphasize the innovative quality and value of scientific research results.The reform of national evaluation of double first-class universities aims to make universities attach importance to innovation and highlight their advantages in their development.Teachers are the most active factors in educational innovation activities.However,innovative behavior can not be achieved overnight,so teachers need to find opportunities to integrate resources in the constantly changing external environment.In the process of educational innovation,teachers in colleges and universities must constantly develop and innovate and form new competitive advantages under the changing external environment.It is found that individual dynamic ability is also the key to maintain individual competitive advantage.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence mechanism of Dynamic Capability on the innovative behavior of college teachers,and combine the Strategic Integration Model of Dynamic Capability with the strategic integration model of dynamic capability.Social Capital Theory and Synergetics construct the theoretical framework,and adopt the method of combining qualitative and quantitative research to study the innovative behavior of teachers in colleges and universities,providing a new perspective for the influence mechanism of dynamic competence and new ideas for generating innovative behavior of teachers in colleges and universities.In the qualitative research,12 college teachers were interviewed by semi-structured interview method to understand the process of college teachers’ cooperation with others and the generation of cooperation strategies.In the quantitative research,the snowball method was adopted to conduct an empirical study on 380 college and university teachers,and the data of dynamic competence,job development,collaboration strategy and innovative behavior of college and university teachers were collected.The results of this study are as follows:1.Correlation analysis results show that dynamic competence,job development and collaboration strategies are significantly correlated with the variables of innovative behavior of college teachers.Among them,there is a significant positive correlation between cooperative strategy and the level of innovative behavior of college teachers,and a significant positive correlation between cooperative strategy and job development.The above are all moderately positive correlations,and there is also a significant positive correlation between innovative behavior and job development of college teachers.2.The results of regression analysis show that dynamic ability,job development and collaboration strategy can significantly positively predict the innovative behavior of college teachers.3.The results of mediation analysis show that collaborative strategies play a partial role in mediating the relationship between dynamic ability and innovative behavior of college teachers,in which task analysis and time arrangement indirectly affect innovative behavior of college teachers through collaborative strategies(task analysis plays the strongest role).Job development plays a partial mediating role between dynamic competence and innovative behavior of college teachers,among which behavioral exploration and relationship extension indirectly affect innovative behavior of college teachers through job development(the strongest effect is behavioral exploration).4.The results of difference analysis show that dynamic ability and collaboration strategies have significant differences in whether teachers assume leadership positions,and college teachers’ innovative behavior has significant differences in the categories and birth years of teachers.Based on the above results,this study proposes the following suggestions and strategies to enable college teachers to actively cultivate dynamic abilities,strengthen work development and collaboration strategies,and generate high-level innovative behaviors:First of all,in the process of actively generating innovative behaviors,college teachers should establish cooperative strategies of mutual trust and sharing,actively learn and develop new models through work development to promote the generation of individual innovative behaviors.Secondly,it is suggested that the society,colleges and teachers should actively interact with each other to form a resultant force.Finally,the mutual circulation of resources and talents between society and universities helps the development of innovative behavior of college teachers.
