| At present,the effect of the college enrollment expansion policy has become prominent.On the basis of adhering to the employment priority strategy,while increasing the total employment volume,more attention should be paid to improving the quality of employment to promote the realization of decent employment.At the current stage in China,the proposition of improving the quality of employment is highly compatible with the implementation of the scientific concept of development,transformation of the economic development mode,improvement of the quality of economic growth,innovation in social management,and improvement of people’s well-being,which is also the inherent meaning of the "Chinese Dream".With the increasing attention paid by society to the quality of employment,various research directions have been derived for different groups.Teaching oriented colleges and universities focus on cultivating students’ application and practical abilities.They are the largest group after the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities,and can best represent the current public group.The employment problems of this group are not only related to personal development,but also related to the development of enterprises and the future of the country.There are still a series of problems in the employment quality evaluation system for this part of college students,so the contradiction between high-quality employment and society,enterprises,and individuals is discussed.Starting from the hierarchy of needs theory,this paper selects three dimensions: income satisfaction,professional matching,and employment environment,and uses expert interviews to determine 12 important indicators for the evaluation of the employment quality of teaching type college graduates.Based on this,an analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is used to construct a set of evaluation system scales for the employment quality of teaching type college graduates.Finally,GY College is taken as a sample university,and the collected graduate sample is graded through the constructed evaluation system.Statistical analysis methods are used to analyze the reliability and validity of the sample to test its reliability.This system uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to improve the existing problems in the previous employment quality evaluation system,which is reasonable,simple,and easy to operate.Through empirical research,it can intuitively reflect the employment quality of teaching oriented universities,analyze the influencing factors of employment quality,and provide reasonable suggestions,which can become a direct basis for public opinion and media to understand the employment situation of these college graduates. |
