Employment is the basis of the people's livelihood,and it is also an important indicator to measure the level of school running and support the rapid development of higher education.In the eighteen and nineteen reports of the Communist Party of China,it has been proposed to promote the implementation of high-quality employment,promote the transformation of talents and economic transformation,and lay a particularly important position in the work of employment,especially the quality of employment.In the traditional concept,people pay attention to the number of only employment,ignore the various factors in the process of employment,especially for the quality of the employment of private colleges.The development time of private colleges is not long in our country,and it has already supported the half day of higher education.Therefore,paying attention to the quality of employment in private colleges is not only a need for the development of the national macro economy,but also a need for improving the employment of graduates.It is also the need to further improve the quality of education in private universities.This article will be guided by the development evaluation model,based on the literature review of employment quality and the five bases of compiling the evaluation criteria of the quality of employment of private college graduates,a preliminary index for the quality of employment of private college graduates is worked out.Then,through consulting advice,theoretical argumentation,expert evaluation and experimental revision,we revised the preliminary indicators,calculated the weights of all indicators,and set up an index system suitable for measuring the employment quality of private college graduates.Then,the application of this standard to the 2017 graduates of Shanghai T college is empirically tested,and it is found that the employment quality evaluation reflects the comprehensive employment situation of the University.The quality of the 2017 graduates in Shanghai T college is great,but there is a great difference between the professional and part of the index.It mainly lies in the lack of personal career planning for some graduates,and the concept of employment needs to be changed.The employment of the school fails to meet the needs of the students' development and the lack of professional construction.For this reason,the author puts forward the idea of changing the employment of the graduates of private colleges to enhancetheir consciousness of career planning,strengthening the professional and systematic employment guidance and service and widening the employment channels,improving the quality of teaching,building the characteristics of private colleges and universities,and meeting the needs of the social needs and so on.Finally,we re evaluate the evaluation results,carry out the test of reliability and validity,ensure the follow-up evaluation activities,and make appropriate judgments for the next private colleges.
