| Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.Due to the impact of the COVID-19,China’s economy has been affected,resulting in a significant increase in the employment pressure of our graduates.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: "It is necessary to implement the employment priority policy and adjust the intensity of the policy according to changes in the employment situation." Only by implementing the employment priority policy and comprehensively strengthening employment stabilization measures,can we ensure the overall stability of the employment situation.Vigorously promoting full employment of private college graduates is the primary task of solving people’s livelihood situation,and improving the quality of talent training is an important foundation for promoting full employment of college graduates.The "National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)" pointed out that private education should be supported,private higher vocational colleges should be developed,the quality of running schools should be improved,and high-level private higher education schools should be established.To promote the development of private education,it is necessary to focus on the employment of graduates from private vocational colleges.High-quality employment work will improve the current employment coordination among the government,colleges and universities,and graduates.Firstly,the thesis combines the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method to construct a graduate employment quality evaluation system of Hebei B College.The evaluation system includes five first-level indicators of salary and benefits,job positions,working conditions,development space,and employment satisfaction.There are 15 sub-level indicators under the first-level indicators.Secondly,the thesis takes the graduates of Hebei B College as the research object,designs questionnaires according to the employment quality indicators at all levels,distributes the questionnaires and collects,summarizes and organizes the data,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analysis method to analyze the employment quality of B college graduates and factors affecting employment quality.Finally,in response to the common problems in B College and other private higher vocational colleges,the three levels of government,colleges and graduates should be considered.From the perspective of the government,the institutions and functions of public employment services should be improved,and the government’s regulatory responsibilities should be further strengthened;Private higher vocational colleges should actively expand the employment market for graduates,optimize the employment guidance team,and standardize and improve graduate employment services;from the perspective of graduates,it is necessary to continuously improve the knowledge structure,enhance employment competitiveness,accelerate the transformation of employment concepts,and establish a positive employment mentality. |
