| The introduction of the "double reduction" policy has given the sports training industry a new opportunity for development,and various sports training institutions and clubs have sprung up.Badminton training helps to promote children’s bone growth,enhance cardiorespiratory function,increase body coordination,strengthen children’s resistance to stress in learning and life,interpersonal communication and interaction skills,achieve the positive purpose of cultivating sports interests,sharpening the mind,active brain thinking,and at the same time can make up for the lack of school physical education courses.Therefore badminton training is gradually becoming more and more popular among children and young people,and the contradiction between supply and demand has emerged,so it is necessary to pay attention to the issues related to children’s badminton training.This paper uses literature,fieldwork,questionnaires,expert interviews,factor analysis,to conduct a survey and analysis of the basic situation of children’s badminton training institutions,their managers,coaches,trainees and parents of trainees in Lanzhou,and through factor analysis,relevant factors affecting the development of children’s badminton training in Lanzhou are identified and corresponding development strategies are proposed.The findings of the study are as follows:1、Lanzhou children’s badminton training institutions are mainly located in the four main urban areas of Chengguan,Anning,Qilihe and Xigu,of which Chengguan and Anning districts have the largest number of training institutions and a relatively stable source of students.Most of the training institutions lack space,have outdated marketing methods,have a single means of publicity,have young and mostly part-time managers,lack relevance,innovation and appropriate professional quality,and need to improve the quality of their services.2、The coaches of the training institutions are mainly middle-aged male coaches,with fewer people holding sports and coaching grades,and the grades are generally low,mostly part-time staff,more mobile,with fewer opportunities to participate in business training,and with professional standards to be improved.Badminton training in Lanzhou City started late,and there is still much room for upward mobility in terms of venues and teachers.Trainees are highly motivated to participate in training and most parents support their children’s participation in badminton training and have a high level of satisfaction with the training providers.Training providers can achieve a higher quality of "flexible" service through the rational use of space and coaching resources.3、The factors affecting the development of children’s badminton training in Lanzhou are in order coach factors,training institutions operation factors,family support factors,students’ own condition factors,policy support factors and economic and cultural factors.4、The Development strategy of children’s badminton Training in Lanzhou city:(1)Strengthen the professionalism of the coaching faculty,attach importance to training and training efforts,and increase efforts to build talent;(2)Training institutions should further improve their hardware support equipment and operational management model to enhance the quality of training services;(3)Establishing home-school community associations and cultivating and promoting children’s interest in badminton learning to enhance the strength of joint parenting;(4)Relying on the "double reduction" background,promote the participation in children’s badminton training;(5)Seek government support,formulate strict industry standards,and strengthen supervision;(6)To enhance the attractiveness and popularity of badminton,taking into account the economic level and cultural development situation. |
