In recent years,with the deep integration of information technology and education teaching,online learning resources and infrastructure platforms have been gradually improved,and blended learning has gradually become the new normal of higher education learning with its dual advantages of online learning and offline learning.From domestic and international experiences,in order to smoothly promote blended learning,it is more important to design blended learning support services in a comprehensive and systematic way,in addition to introducing relevant policies and improving software and hardware facilities.Therefore,this study focuses on the design of blended learning support services from a full-view learning theory explores the content of blended learning support services at the course level,and aims to propose specific and operable blended learning support services to improve learning effectiveness.The study mainly used a design-based research paradigm,literature research method,questionnaire survey method,content analysis method,and other research methods to build a framework for blended learning support services based on the "Introduction to Educational Technology" course,designed and implemented specific learning support services,and conducted Three iterations of optimization were conducted,and the effectiveness of the blended learning support services was evaluated.The study concluded the following:(1)A framework of blended learning support services based on the full-view learning theory was constructed.By sorting out the basis and principles for the construction of the blended learning support service framework and the content of the blended learning support service,a blended learning support service framework was constructed based on the revelation of the mechanism of blended learning support service,which contains three aspects of emotional support service,behavioral support service and cognitive support service.(2)Specific blended learning support services were designed and implemented.For the blended learning support service framework,specific support services were designed in the three aspects of emotional support service,behavioral support service and cognitive support service,and data were collected by using students’ stage academic performance,classroom rewards,online interactions and student interviews to analyze the effectiveness and problems of learning support services.(3)The effectiveness of the blended learning support services based on the full-view learning theory was verified.The designed blended learning support service was applied for one semester at S University in Lanzhou,Gansu Province.After the implementation of the course,it was found that students’ blended learning effectiveness improved with the support of the blended learning support service by analyzing the satisfaction situation,students’ learning performance and knowledge construction of online interaction of the blended learning support service.
