With the arrival of the "Internet+" era,the micro lessons,resource sharing lessons,MOOCs and a series of online lessons have developed rapidly,which let the combination of online and offline blended learning mode become a trend,and the blended learning has become the important direction of teaching reform in colleges and universities.As a resource sharing lesson on the iCourse platform,the Visual Culture and Media Literacy Course has accumulated a lot of online learning resources,adding project learning website and teaching material,this course is properly to carry out the blended learning mode.However,according to the investigation,currently,the visual culture course needs to focus on three problems,included the network resource utilization rate,students' learning autonomy and the enthusiasm of participate in learning activities.So,how to play the advantages of learning support service in blended learning to improve these problems and improve the effect of blended learning is the research focus in this study.Through combing the related literature,summarizing the research idea and practical experience of other scholars in related researches,reflecting the revelation of existing researches,and combing the learner characteristics and the visual culture course characteristics,this study constructs a learning support service system in the visual culture course blended learning,included resource support service,activity support service,evaluation support service and staff support service.This study has carried out two rounds of teaching practice.The first round of the practice mainly provided learning support service to students and summarized research problems.The second round of the practice mainly aimed at the problems in the first round,and improved the related services.Finally,collecting the relevant data and materials,through the interviews and questionnaires of learners,combining the learner's learning situation and learning outcomes,this study made evaluation to the learning support service in visual culture course.This study has shown that learning support service can solve the three problems effectively,and improve the utilization rate of resources,improve the learning autonomy of students and improve the enthusiasm of participate in learning activities.So,on the whole,the learning support service can improve study effect of the visual culture course and help learners complete the study task better.
