| Family is the first classroom of students,family education is the first education of children,family tradition is the first fashion of children,the state attaches importance to home-school cooperation,since the 19 th National Congress of the Party,the state attaches importance to the construction of parent-school,making important strategic plans.In December 2021,the Shandong Provincial Department of Education issued a notice on strengthening the construction of parent schools in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens,which provides a fundamental guideline for further standardizing and strengthening the work of parent schools in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province.Parents’ school is an adult education institution aimed at raising the overall level of family education.On the whole,the establishment of parent school is the most important way to comprehensively improve the quality of family education in the current market economy environment,and is an important carrier of family education institutionalization.It is not only conducive to the improvement of parents’ family education ability,but also conducive to home-school cooperation and perfect the harmonious education between family and school.This study takes the organization and operation of C parent school in Qingdao as the entry point,analyzes the experience and characteristics of the organization and operation of C parent school,which is of great value to improve the organization and operation of parent school.This study choose Qingdao family scheme of C is necessary to develop primary school parents school as the research object,according to the survey,the integrated use of depth interview method,observation method and questionnaire survey,collect a lot of in the school organization of parents school information,carry out case analysis and research,respectively from the organization and management,curriculum construction,teaching activities and teaching staff four dimensions,The organization and operation experience of this parent school are summarized and studied.C Parent school has a strict organizational structure,clear division of labor within the organization and perfect system;It has established and improved personalized courses and general courses that are more in line with the actual needs,and has formed a set of excellent curriculum system that integrates typical and public characteristics.C Parent school organizes special activities such as family growing up class,father’s reading visit,principal’s friendship appointment,book family,etc.,attaches due importance to the optimal allocation of parents’ resources,and gives full play to the important role of parents in school management.This paper finds that the establishment of C parent school not only effectively promotes home-school communication and helps parents to update their teaching concepts,but also plays a crucial role in promoting the overall educational quality of parents.By participating in the activities of parents’ school,teachers’ family guidance ability has been greatly improved,students’ mental outlook has been comprehensively improved,and the school running effect and quality have been greatly improved.According to this study,the analysis of the successful case of C parent school can draw the following useful experiences: clear division of labor and perfect system provide guarantee for the organization and operation of the parent school;The systematic curriculum system and parents’ participation are the core of promoting the organization and operation of parent school.Innovating the forms of parent-school activities is the key to improve the organization and operation of parent-school;To strengthen the construction of teachers is the inexhaustible power to improve the organization and operation of parent schools. |
