| Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,the Internet technology,big data technology and artificial intelligence technology have made unprecedented progress and innovation,and the intellectualization has penetrated into people’s lives.However,because some elderly people do not use the Internet and intelligent devices,there are digital integration barriers in their basic life,and they cannot enjoy intelligent convenience.The old people have become the backward crowd in the "informationization tide",and are excluded by the society.How to actively help the elderly to learn to use intelligent products,help the elderly to solve the problem of using digital intelligent technology,improve the level of digital integration of the elderly,avoid disconnection with the digital society,reduce loneliness,expand social support network and improve the quality of life in old age?Taking C community of Changchun City as an example,this paper investigates the status quo of digital integration of the elderly by using the methods of observation and questionnaire survey.Under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,the theory of social support and the theory of hierarchy of needs,efforts were made to carry out social work with the goal of improving the digital integration ability of the elderly,and five group activities were carried out to effectively improve the digital integration level of the elderly in terms of intelligent device learning,voice and video phone,mobile entertainment,online payment and other contents.The evaluation of the work of the Panel shows that the elderly have achieved remarkable results in both digital technology and digital thinking.The members of the Panel are not only confident in intelligent retirement,but also have made great progress in the use of intelligent devices.They have not only learned the installation and use of software,making video calls and other basic operations,but also learned online registration,life payment,browsing small videos and other entertainment and convenience functions. |
