Research On The Intervention Of Developmental Groups In The Integration Of The Elderly Into Intelligent Society

With the rapid development of an intelligent society and the increasingly severe aging trend,it is difficult for some elderly groups to integrate into the intelligent society.This elderly group has some difficulties in integrating into an intelligent society.They are helpless and at a loss in the face of intelligent technology,while the elderly need social integration.Whether the elderly can better integrate into an intelligent society has a significant impact on their quality of life and spiritual needs in their later years.The intelligent society has brought us great convenience,but for the elderly,it is not an easy era.Therefore,we should not only respect the wishes of the elderly and allow them to enjoy the fruits of technological development,but also guide them to learn new technologies.Social work can bring into play the professional value of "helping others and helping themselves",use professional methods to help the elderly make changes,and shoulder corresponding responsibilities for the elderly to integrate into an intelligent society.Based on a questionnaire survey of elderly people in L community,this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the use of intelligent technology by elderly people in the community,and further explores the necessity and feasibility of group work intervention.Based on the survey results,the author used group work methods to carry out practical activities for the elderly in L community.Finally,10 elderly people were selected as the research subjects,using smart phones as the media,and under the guidance of activity theory and advantage perspective theory,group activities were carried out.In combination with the process of integrating the elderly into the intelligent society: psychological exclusion-acceptance-learning-participation-enjoyment,group activities were reasonably planned based on the problems faced by the elderly in each process,Set group goals around four aspects:improving the elderly’s self-awareness,improving basic skills,improving learning ability,and improving interpersonal relationships.Use professional methods of social work to provide targeted group services,guide and assist the elderly in achieving activity goals,and evaluate,summarize,and reflect on the specific process of group activities.Research the process of integrating older people into an intelligent society in order to explore a new model of developmental group involvement in the integration of older people into an intelligent society.Practice has proven that the involvement of development groups in the integration of older people into an intelligent society is feasible and effective.The involvement of development groups in the integration of older people into an intelligent society can solve their confusion about intelligent technology,overcome their fear,and enhance their self-confidence;Improve the use of intelligent technology skills and basic skills of the elderly;Use a series of group activities to explore group leaders and build selfhelp and mutual assistance among peer groups;Improve self-awareness,enhance their sense of belonging and identity to the community,help the elderly better adapt to the intelligent society,and ultimately promote the integration of the elderly into the intelligent society.This study is highly practical and can be used as a supplement to social work for the elderly,applying the organization and reflection of group processes to the elderly group,providing solutions and practical guidance for solving the integration of the elderly into an intelligent society.
