Study On Specialty Setting Optimization Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Anhui Province Based On Industrial Structure Background

The basic factor that influences economic development is industrial structure.Meanwhile,economic development needs a large number of labor force,and the quantity and quality of skilled talents determine the level of industrial structure.In China,higher vocational education undertakes the main task of training high-quality skilled talents.Whether higher vocational education connects with and adapts to the regional industrial structure is related to whether regional higher vocational education is mature and whether its development has its own characteristics.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges.The purpose of its professional structure adjustment is to better link up regional economic development and industrial structure upgrading.At the beginning of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the industrial structure of Anhui Province is transforming and upgrading,and the three major industries have new requirements for labor force.As an important base for the cultivation of technical and technical talents,Anhui vocational colleges need to take the initiative to connect with industrial upgrading and form a good development pattern suitable for the economy and society.The adaptability between professional structure of higher vocational colleges and regional industrial structure reflects the docking of higher vocational colleges and regional industry to the greatest extent.If the specialty setting and regional economy can adapt to each other,it will promote the development of regional economy;otherwise,it will cause the problem of mismatch between talent supply and demand,which will have a negative impact on the development of higher vocational colleges and regional economy.With the rapid economic development of Anhui Province,the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges is expanding.It is extremely important to study the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province based on the background of industrial structure.To study under the background of the industrial structure of specialties in higher vocational colleges in Anhui province,this paper adopts literature analysis method,the transverse and longitudinal comparison analysis and statistical analysis,about2016 to 2020 in Anhui province general situation of industrial structure,internal structure and professional Settings to comb in higher vocational colleges,and according to the desirability of data,Combining with the production structure,professional structure and employment structure in Anhui province using grey correlation analysis,quantitative structure deviation in higher vocational colleges in Anhui province professional structure and the relationship between the industrial structure,and then summed up the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" in higher vocational colleges in Anhui province during the period of the problems existing in the professional Settings,set provides guidance for specialty in higher vocational colleges.Finally,based on the trend of industrial structure adjustment,the optimization strategy of vocational colleges in Anhui province is put forward.
