The core quality of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" proposed in the 2017 edition of high school chemistry curriculum standards requires teachers to carefully design experimental inquiry activities to improve students’ experimental inquiry ability,scientific attitude,innovative spirit and safety awareness.As one of the implementation measures,the textbook set up a total of 18 students must do experiments according to the requirements of the curriculum standard.On the other hand,front-line teachers have made some improvements to the mandatory experiment program provided by the textbook based on the actual situation of teaching and the improvement of teaching effect.Improvements include making experiments more simple and interesting,improving the safety of experiments,implementing the concept of "green chemistry" and visualizing microscopic processes with digital laboratory instruments.However,some of the improvement programs have some problems,such as not easy to obtain reagents and instruments,not closely related to important and difficult knowledge,and students’ main role is not obvious,so they fall into the dilemma of "solving problems while creating new contradictions".Therefore,starting from the implementation of the core quality of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness",it is of great significance to establish a reasonable and feasible evaluation system,evaluate the experimental scheme and guide the improvement of the experimental scheme.Based on the principle of experiment design and improvement,this paper analyzes the requirements of integration of core literacy and teaching evaluation of chemistry subject put forward by the new curriculum standard,and constructs an evaluation system of experiment scheme from three dimensions: implementation of integration of teaching evaluation,effect of experiment improvement and development of core literacy.Among them,the dimension of "implementation of integration of teaching evaluation" mainly focuses on the teaching process,and focuses on evaluating whether the experiment has a promoting effect on teaching.The dimension of "effect of experimental improvement" is from the analysis of experimental raw materials and the degree of difficulty of the experiment,and the feasibility and applicability of the experimental scheme are evaluated quantitatively.The dimension of "the development of core literacy" is to judge the enhancement effect of the scheme on the comprehensive ability of the subject based on the experimental principle and scheme.According to the sum of the three dimensions,the experimental scheme can also be evaluated comprehensively,which provides a basis for the front-line teachers to weigh the advantages and disadvantages in the process of selecting or improving the experimental scheme.Based on the established evaluation system,ten representative schemes were selected for specific evaluation among the 105 experimental schemes reported in 92 literature,and the scores of the schemes were statistically analyzed.It was found that the current improvement schemes had the following deficiencies: First,they only pay attention to the presentation of experimental results and phenomena,ignoring the students’ independent exploration ability and experimental operation ability in the experiment.Secondly,the connection between the experimental scheme and the teaching situation is ignored,and the logical correlation between the experimental process and the results and the problems raised by the situation is not strong.Thirdly,the improvement of experimental equipment becomes more and more complicated,which leads to the decrease of feasibility or the content deviates from the teaching focus.By further analyzing the evaluation results of the experiment scheme,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions at the end of the paper:(1)Pay attention to the setting of the inquiry link in the experiment process,guide students’ inquiry activities,and improve students’ hands-on experiment ability.(2)Starting from the real teaching situation,to guide students to solve real problems as the goal to design the experiment scheme.(3)The experimental device is concise and miniaturized,and the design plan revolves around the teaching objectives and evaluation objectives,so as to break through the knowledge difficulties and grasp the key knowledge services.
