Abstract/Summary:
Chemistry experiment teaching is an important part of chemistry teaching and an important means to improve teaching quality.As is known to all,the subject of chemistry originated from,developed from and achieved by experiments.Chemical experiments are the foundation of chemical science,the main source of chemical knowledge and the window for insight into the chemical world.Chemical concepts,laws and theories are mostly tested,studied and discovered in chemical experiments.The curriculum reform of nine-year compulsory education based on Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)takes scientific inquiry as the breakthrough of curriculum reform,and an important form of scientific inquiry is chemical experiment,which advocates students to conduct or carry out chemical experimental research independently.In order to further promote the curriculum reform,Tongliao has added experimental operation examination to the chemistry subject test since 2010.This not only makes chemistry subject conform to quality education,but also has positive significance to the healthy development of chemistry experiment teaching.Under the guidance of Chemistry Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education,this paper first consulted a large number of relevant literature and materials of chemical experiment teaching at home and abroad to deeply understand the importance of chemical experiment teaching and the problems existing in the implementation process of experimental teaching.Based on observation learning theory,constructivism learning theory and humanistic learning theory,it adopted the form of field research,questionnaire survey and interview.The investigation and analysis of the current situation of chemical experiment teaching in Tongliao junior high school found that there are some problems,such as lack of experimental teaching conditions,lack of teachers’ attention to experimental teaching,large gap between the actual experiment rate of students and the requirements of "Chemistry Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education",and lack of full-time chemical experiment personnel in the school.Secondly,the paper analyzes and studies the test scheme of chemistry experiment operation in Tongliao high school entrance examination and the content of experiment questions in the middle school entrance examination respectively.Finally,in view of the chemical experiment teaching and experimental evaluation system,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthening teachers’ attention to chemical experiment teaching,improving the evaluation system of chemical experiment examination,promoting chemical experiment teaching by experimental operation examination,improving experimental conditions,etc.The author expects that the research results and suggestions of this paper will be of reference to the chemistry experiment teaching of junior middle schools in Tongliao City.
