Heroes have always been valued by the Party and the country and respected and remembered by the people.Heroes and their deeds are the vivid materials to promote the spirit of patriotism and cultivate students’ feelings of home and country.It is the best way to educate people by employing people.The spirit embodied by heroes cannot be fully explained by words.Only by showing vivid deeds of heroes,allowing students to feel them with their hearts,and producing empathy and resonance,can the heroic spirit go deep into the hearts of students.In China’s modern anti-aggression war,many heroes emerged.They existed in different historical periods and faced the ever-changing historical situation.They stand at the fork of history and influence the course and development of history to varying degrees.Therefore,to teach history,we need to talk about people;It takes a scholar to learn history.History education has a special advantage in carrying forward the spirit of heroes in China’s modern anti-aggression war.However,there are some challenges and problems in current classroom teaching,especially in junior high school history classroom teaching.Today’s world is in the period of rapid development of the Internet,and the network information is in chaos.Students in junior high school are weak in discrimination and easy to be misled by the wrong information on the Internet,which poses a certain impact and challenge to the history teaching in junior high school.At the same time,in the teaching practice,there are still some problems such as insufficient development of teaching resources,students’ enthusiasm is not high,extracurricular development is not enough,teaching methods and forms of the single.To solve these problems,historical educators should first set up a scientific,correct and comprehensive concept of hero teaching.Secondly,make clear the requirements of course standards and course content,sort out the content of textbooks,and then start teaching.The details are as follows.First,prepare well before class.Read curriculum standards and textbooks,analyze learning situation(grasp students’ cognitive level and psychological characteristics,the change of growth environment),clarify teaching objectives and ideas,select teaching historical materials;Second,carry out teaching.Before class,introduce the question design that causes thinking and training thinking,create reasonable situation to explore,enhance the edifying value of class,and strengthen emotional education;Third,after-class extension.Write biographical sketches and interview heroes of the older generation of the family.Comprehensive study of China’s modern anti-aggression war and war heroes.
