| Rural teachers are the backbone of rural revitalization.In the school field,the cultural capital held by teachers is the foundation of their life,and the reproduction of these cultural capital on students is the key to realize the revitalization of rural education.The formation of rural teachers ’work burden is the power field,school field,social field,the result of the comprehensive effect of the weight of the rural teachers’ work burden,directly affect the rural teachers ’professional happiness,affect the rural teachers’ long-term determination,so the real situation of rural teachers’ work burden in the study.In this paper,the literature method,investigation method,text analysis method and case study method are adopted to investigate the daily work status of X primary school teachers,showing the realistic situation of the work burden of X primary school teachers from both objective and subjective aspects,and summarizing the differences in the burden patterns presented by different teachers.On the basis of reading a large number of literature documents,we tried to compile the identification criteria of whether the work burden of rural primary school teachers is too heavy from the six sources of education administrative departments,villages,schools,teachers,parents and students.In the comparison between appropriate and actual,we found that the work burden of X primary school teachers is still heavy,and there are group differences.In terms of student management and teaching work,Teachers’ subject teaching pressure is greater,The performance is more class hours,many classes,student management difficulty,home-school communication difficulties;In terms of subject teaching support work,The performance is the large amount of homework correction,great pressure of competition and examination,great difficulty of after-school tutoring,stagnation of their own development,formal teaching and research;In terms of administrative and ancillary work,It shows that there is too much invisible work,Most for the strong pressure task,Some regular school affairs and copy-copy checks take up a lot of faculty time,More sources of work burden,The work content structure is more complex,Teacher professional development is slow,Teachers generally say that their work is very tiring,Strong feeling of pressure,The work burden is relatively heavy.In view of the above problems,this study in field theory,through the interpretation of research situation,found that X elementary school teachers work burden is overweight,because its dominant and invisible field condition is relatively difficult,teachers’ own economic capital is relatively weak,social capital homogeneity,cultural capital appreciation is low,each field habit curing.And put forward the following burden reduction strategies: improving the field and optimizing the environment;planting capital and increasing the occupying space;adjusting habits and good construction. |
