| Community is one of the important channels through which the Communist Party of China and the government keep close contact with the people,playing the role of a bridge and link connecting both superior organizations and the people.At the same time,according to the social development situation in our country,community plays an irreplaceable function in implementing policies,meeting the needs of the people’s life and culture,resolving social contradictions,spiritual and cultural propaganda,etc.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the state,grassroots community governance has achieved initial results.Various localities have responded to the policies and solved a large number of problems in grassroots social governance from an innovative perspective.However,there are still many problems to be solved on the road to the vigorous development of grassroots communities,among which the pressure generated by grassroots community workers in the process of work is one of the key points worth paying attention to.As grassroots community staff,they need to deal with very complex affairs,inevitably because of a variety of reasons to produce occupational pressure,if not timely reduce occupational pressure,it will affect their work efficiency and health,is not conducive to the development of the community.Therefore,it is a topic worth discussing to reduce the occupational pressure of grassroots community workers.From the perspective of social work,according to the actual situation of community workers A in X Town,Jilin Province,this paper starts to intervene with the occupational pressure of community workers at the township level.With the support of the perspective of empowerment,literature analysis,case interview and participatory observation are used to assess the needs of service objects.The empowerment theory is used to empower the service objects and enhance the adaptability of service objects.The need for it to create the environment.In the preliminary preparation stage,the questionnaire survey was conducted on community workers in X Town,and the basic situation of community workers in X town was investigated.Through the survey data,the current situation of occupational stress was confirmed,and the conclusion was reached that the occupational pressure of grassroots community workers in this area was high.Then,the sources of occupational pressure were analyzed,the sources were classified,and the influence of occupational pressure was analyzed.On the premise of obtaining the support of A community,eight team members with high pressure were selected to carry out group work.This group work integrated the actual situation and resource conditions of the team members,and designed a total of eight group activities for 64 days.The group type is education-support group,which intervenes in the occupational stress of community workers at the township level,assists the group members to understand occupational stress,and analyzes the source and influence of stress.Enrich the decompression methods of the group members,so that the group members can find suitable,reasonable and healthy decompression methods;Help team members master professional knowledge of community work,improve their self-confidence and work ability;Improve team cohesion and interpersonal relationship with colleagues through group work.The occupational stress of group members should be reduced by the above methods,and the intervention of the group should be evaluated and reflected upon after the completion of the group work.This paper draws on the research results at home and abroad,and comprehensively uses the method of participatory observation,interview and questionnaire to fully understand the status quo of occupational stress of township grassroots community workers.The innovation of this paper is as follows: first,it applies the theory of enhancement to the problem of occupational stress of community workers at the township level;Second,through the study of the policy documents,combined with the actual situation of the township area,put forward the countermeasures of township grass-roots community workers’ occupational pressure,which has a certain reference significance for the practical work. |
