| With the acceleration of urbanization and rapid economic development,community construction plays an important role in strengthening urbanization construction.The country is increasingly focusing on community construction and the cultivation of community talents.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the focus of social governance has continued to shift downward,and communities have played an important role in promoting economic development and social governance.As a community builder,community workers are responsible for serving community residents,building a harmonious community,and improving the social service system.However,in the actual work process,due to the particularity of community work,community workers not only face the social problems brought about by the shift of the focus of governance,but also face the imbalance between the residents' growing demand for better life and supply,making community workers long-term Under stress,it is prone to job burnout.Therefore,paying attention to the current status and causes of community workers' job burnout and proposing feasible methods and strategies for the problems have an important role in improving the efficiency of community workers,improving the quality of community services and building a harmonious society.Based on the social support theory and group dynamics theory,this study studies the current status of job burnout among community workers in Z community of Gansu Province,and uses scale method and interview method to analyze the current status and influencing factors of this community worker's burnout.The study found that Z community workers generally have occupational burnout,and the influencing factors of occupational burnout are divided into personal factors,organizational factors and social factors.On this basis,the needs of community workers are assessed,and team members are recruited to design and implement 6 group activities,designed to help community workers release work pressure and ease job burnout.Studies have shown that the use of group work methods has a good effect on alleviating occupational burnout of light and moderate community workers,and is more limited to those with severe occupational burnout.Most group members completed the group goals,released work pressure,relieved occupational burnout,and established A good social support network.However,there are also some deficiencies in the group process.Therefore,this article finally reflects on theadvantages and disadvantages of group activities,the recognition of social work,and the effect of group work,and find improvements to provide some suggestions for follow-up researchers. |
