High school mechanics has an important role in the entire high school physics curriculum,and is the core and foundation of high school knowledge,as well as the first physics knowledge taught in the high school classroom.With the continuous progress and development of information technology,modern information technology has been widely used in today’s teaching,and lots of teaching software have emerged creating good conditions for assisting physics teaching.Assisting mechanics teaching in high school by Geogebra demonstrates the advantages of combining information technology with physics teaching.This study mainly includes the following parts: reviewing the literature to understand the current study of Geogebra at home and abroad;clarifying the relevant theories and defining the relevant concepts of this study;understanding the current situation of applying Geogebra to teaching through interviews;Picking out the mechanics content suitable for Geogebra-assisted teaching from the high school mechanics contents;giving the strategy of assisting the teaching of high school mechanics by Geogebra;Giving the process of Geogebra-assisted teaching of concept lessons,law lessons,experiment lessons and exercise lessons in high school mechanics through combining the requirements of the General High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition Revised in 2020)with the characteristics of teaching contents;and according to the teaching process,giving the Geogebra-assisted teaching examples of "Synthesis and decomposition of forces" "Newton’s second law" "Verification of the law of conservation of momentum" and "Application of the law of conservation of momentum".Geo Gebra Auxiliary high school mechanics teaching is conducive to increasing students’ curiosity and desire to explore,and its auxiliary way is simple and feasible and easy to operate.In practice,it can realize the role of diversified teaching methods,students ’knowledge construction,students’ learning initiative and teachers’ own development.It can cultivate students’ abstract ability,finding problems,thinking about problems and solving problems,so that students can understand knowledge more quickly and break through the difficulties of learning,understanding and applying knowledge.
